Insurance claim. What they listed on the estimate and what they did were not consistent. The door was not completely repainted as listed or I wouldn't still have paint missing in a couple of spots.

Not the case at all, I told him I gave the rating cause I did, those were my exact words. I found the red headed guy nice and professional. The rest of the staff I dealt with was rude. After going back to get my car I experienced the same behavior, had they been more professional on returning I would of changed my rating. The owner confronted me in the store about the rating and was quite uncivil about the matter, talking aggressively and doing this in front of others instead of taking me aside and talking to me in a more professional way. It seems nowadays that manners are an afterthought and very rare to come by, but if I go into a business and they are impolite I automatically give a one star.

We were on our way to my brothers wedding in Kansas when we hit some roadkill…. Long story short the car was a brand new same year 2021 model that was now leaking fluid, full of deer meet, rattling, over heating, and overall just un-drivable! We were still two hours from my brothers house so we had a towing company bring the car to none other than the Bailey Brothers! This same weekend my brother was getting married I was also moving all I owned up to my new place in Indiana 7 hours from the Bailey Brothers. Amidst the chaos the Bailey Brothers were super understanding and helpful and extremely enjoyable to work with with amazing customer service and craftsmanship. Living out of state, moving, and oh yeah getting married myself the the weekend after the car was fixed we had no way of picking up the car accept for my brother and his now wife driving up to our place after business hours. The Bailey Brothers WITHOUT OUR CHECK EVEN REACHING THEM YET on good faith arranged a way to pick up the car after hours without payment confirmation. What a huge stress relief. We made sure the check came in the next day and thankfully it did. We have been driving the car for several days now including the 7 hour trip back with not one single issue! Seriously can’t express how happy we were with there service it’s truly unmatched!Services: Transmission

Great people to work with. Repaired our F250 truck on time, just as promised. The gentleman did a wonderful job getting very thing back in working order. Truck looked washed and polished when we picked it up. Sandy handled all the paperwork with the insurance company.
