Worst walmart ever! All of the self checkouts on the side I was on where closed and there were also no cashiers either. So I walk down to the other side and go to the 1st open self checkout that the only sign reads 20 items or less. I have 2 items and start scanning. There are 3 other lanes open in this location. Some worker comes over and tells me I can't check out there because it's only for drivers. That I need to come over and get in the ridiculously long line to wait on these other registers. Ridiculous! I just put my items down and left.

If I could give O stars, I would The cashier was the worst example of a representative of an establishment could be. Sam Walton is trying to dig his way out of his grave to clean up his stores

As a business; does it make sense to have a phone that rarely gets answered? Just curious

I work. At this store and it needs a lot of work
I am sad and embarrassed with this review at this location the management is not the best the customers are very nice and rude at times the lines are out of control most of the time with that said this store needs a lot of help and so much more I hope when the remodel happens the way the the store runs it changes for the better for both The customers and associates

Been here once this week to return a shirt and to pick up some more stuff, and the customer service desk was closed (during supposed operating hours). Totally fine, I get it. Sometimes these things happen.
I returned the shirt back to my car and went about my shopping, and when I got to the register, the cashier had this awful attitude; she was very short with me and rude to the other people in line. In retrospect, I could definitely see that she was fed up with her hours worked by the end of her shift. Again, it's totally whatever.
I came back again today during customer service operating hours to return the aforementioned shirt and was met with the desk being closed off again, just as the employees were leaving. Another employee approached to ask for their assistance with a customer issue. Turns out, there is nobody to cover the desk during the second half of the day most days.
If I had to harbor a guess as to what the main problem this store has, it would be an issue of poor management. Never was there an employee where there was meant to be one, even anywhere near the fitting rooms when I was trying on clothes.
Outside of grocery, there are carts and pallets full of returned items and new stock that are never being unloaded by anyone (even post-midday shift).
I pray to whatever god is out there that this place becomes a better experience for its employees and customers. Maybe reforming management will bring more of each.

Rip-off bought a battery over internet. They will not give me my core price.I've gotta go get my core, take it somewhere else cause they won't take it from internet purchases.
So walmart might leave in recycling but they don't believe in recycling batteries from the internet sales
