If you have to go to customer service for anything, like the money, portion or a return, or an exchange, I would highly recommend calling before you come up as this location often closes hours before they are supposed to. The store is somewhat clean and easy to find items. It is hard to find employees to assist you the few employees I did find were unhelpful unknowledgeable on what areas items are located in which is understandable it's a large store. Overall, I would not come to this location regularly. I highly recommend other locations.

Terrible! I was there tonight and the cashier moved slower than my 85-year-old blind mother. The cashier ultimately had to get a "supervisor" for a customer 2 in front of me. I saw the supervisor walking up and honestly, she walked slower than my blind mother who uses a walker. People had been waiting in line for 30+ minutes and the supervisor could have been passed by a snail. This supervisor rang up the irate customer while her friends stood behind her eating Cheetos and talking to her. Unbelievably unprofessional. Horrible store. I have been a few times and never had a good experience. This was the last straw!!!!! Never, never, never going again. Target is right down the street. Walmart needs to learn from Chick-fil-A, Trader Joe's, Target, and other stores that are "serving" customers or they will go away the same way K-Mart did.

According to my bank my debit card info may have been stolen by a skimmer attached to the checkout device at this store today. Security needs to be a priority for Walmart!

Worse experience ever!!!! I went purchase an item that was under lock and key. I flagged down an employee for assistance but was told that she didn't have a key. She offered to page someone overhead for assistance. A minute later I heard the page but it was wasn't very loud. I decided to browse around the area and picked up a couple of items. I noticed the deodorants section was very unorganized. If you look on the very top self, there was a hodge-podge of bottles just stuck up there. It wasn't even like back stock for filling the sections later. It was a hot mess!!!! I continued to look around and everything appeared to be be unorganized with empty shelves. I know a bunch of stores are closing and I wouldn't be surprised if this store was a chosen one! Back to the item I wanted to purchase. I waited and waited and waited and waited. I see employees walking around like they are lost and don't know what they are supposed to be doing. I could have told them if they needed some directions. Jeez!!!!! I waited and waited. Flagged down someone else - another muted page - waited and waited and waited. Called customer service told them I was waiting - page again please. I waited and waited. Finally after about 45 MINUTES - I made my way to the front of the store - got another page. More waiting. Asked for a manager - the employee told her what I needed and the manager did address me I just heard snippets of their conversation. The person with the key was at lunch. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS???? I'm thinking 'WHY IS THE PERSON WITH THE KEY ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES"? Don't they know that a customer might show up and need something from one of the many locked cases? NOOOOOOOO they don't! I am livid at this point because I need this item and chose this particular evening and particular store to shop for it. I asked for the stop store manager. As it turns out, she was another non-communicator. I swear, no people skills in this store!!! A bunch of blue vest people walking around and none of them addressed me face-to-face offering what they could or even apologizing for the inconsistencies. Now I've been in the store over an hour and Doug still hasn't returned. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I overheard someone mention the name of the employee. He is late coming back from lunch. About 10 minures later after me milling ariund the front of the store where batches of employees are hovering and talking about me. I expected security to show up thinking I could pose a threat but none did. I was angry but knew how to keep my voice low while spewing venom. Finally Doug shows up with the keys and is told someone needs assistance. My big a** is standing right there but they don't indicate that it is me. He heads on back to the area. i show up and he is assisting people and afterwards I ask for help. I tell him that I waited over an hour and he said that there are spare keys in the store lockbox that the manager can open. I'm like REALLY? I get the item, check out and hound down the manager and share this news with her. I basically tell her that not one single employee in the store know a single thing! She said that she didn't have access to the lock box and I tell her that Doug said that management did. She goes on to deny this. I tell her what I perceive as the problem and she respectfully ignores it and gives me an apology that made me feel like I was a worm and that she was semi sorry for smashing my tail while crossing paths with me. I want any apology from the people or person who oversees that store; like a regional or someone. I want my time and purchase to be compensated with a gift card. I want an apology from someone who have some communication skills and is very verbal. I will continue to post this complain every opportunity that I can find until someone responds with an email. I will go as high within the organization that I can until everyone is tired of hearing my voice. I know there are staff turnovers all over the country but management needs to know tha

This Walmart is very difficult to get into because when you coming off Charles rock Road you have to take only one right there are no two entrances there are only one entrance and if you go past it you're done you have to turn around and go back.The store has a supply shortage like all the other stores I was looking for water glasses and I only had a choice of three and one of them look like it should've been filled with wax it was a candleholder type water glass.The people are friendly and kind will help you out find anything you need but there is a supply shortage out there! I wish no stars was an option. No one available to cut fabric. However a d*** two year old could have pulled this off. When I asked for a manager there was not one working as two employees continued to discuss last nights performance. Is this the club or a busines?

I am amazed that the past two orders for pick up I have placed have been delayed for 2 hours. This most recent order placed was at 610am for pock up between 4 and 5 pm. It is now past 700pm and I still have no word. 12+ hours to fulfill an order seems absolutely ridiculous to me.

Disgusting and trashy. Open half eaten food everywhere. Everything that's supposed to be hung on the aisle walls is thrown in piles on shelves. Have fun digging aimlessly around through junk to find what you need. Everyone that comes here clogs the entire main walkway so you can't even get around and they don't move. Police walking around in bulletproof vests. People buy stuff then I guess can't walk it back to their cars so they park in front of the store blocking everyone trying to get in so they can load up their cars. Not to mention, the entire place reeks of weed. Even from the parking lot. Don't even bother. I came here one time before at night and didn't even make it inside- I was being cat called by homeless men who hang outside the doors

It's a Walmart, not a fancy department store. Set expectations. This is not my favorite Walmart. It's always packed, registers have LONG lines and the self checkout also usually has a super long line. Inventory is hit and miss - sometimes lots of products, others nothing is on the shelves. VERY hard to find an associate to help you with ANYTHING.Now all that said then why did I give them 3 stars? Good question.I transferred my prescription here from a competitor and they filled it quickly when other pharmacies refused to fill it (long story short - the med is sold in packs of 10, my insurance will only approve 8, others stores refuse to "break open a pack", they did it no problem). I've ordered online for pickup and it's been handled well - always on time and the employees were nice with handling and packing into my trunk. Their service desk is helpful and efficient even when you've lost your receipt for a return.

This Walmart is terrible. Tonight multiple employees got into an altercation near the electronics section. They were screaming so loud you could hear them all the way in the front of the store. Also, even if the items are marked for clearance down to 3 cents with an actual price tag on them they won't sell the items to you, they will confiscate your cart and scream at you.

I was just in this Walmart and have to say it is the rudest Walmart I have ever been in. I had 4 cups that I was buying and one accidentally fell and broke. One of the ladies was just rude, shaking her head and giving me a disgusting look. Hey, it happens! Where I put them in my basket, I was not thinking. This is a very very rough day for me as my mom just passed away two days ago and I didn't need this kind of attitude. Ugh. Will not return here again.

This Wal-Mart is without any doubt the worst possible example of what customer service is all about. After waiting 4 days for an open time window, I arrived 30+ minutes early. Well inside my one hour window. I checked in on the Wal-Mart app and waited, and waited, and waited. More than 15 minutes with no sign of an associate. So I called the number provided on the sign in my space. Someone answered giggling and laughing and HUNG UP. Not once, but twice. I tried to call the main store and was hung up on there as well .... What the hell kind of customer service is that? DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! There are several other stores in a 10 mile radius, use one of those! ZERO STARS for this review ... ZERO.

Let's talk about Walmart! Ah yes, the golden corporation that spans from sea to shining sea. You may be wondering, why review something so standard, why delve into such a thing... what makes this Walmart special? You may be shocked to note the answer is: very little, actually. This Walmart is the Walmart that was spat out when all the Walmarts in the World were added together and then divided by the number of all of such Walmarts. This is the physical embodiment of the mean Walmart. Delving onward past it's uncanny ordinariness, we must note that such Walmart is admittedly unpleasant and during peak shopping times the barren space between aisles are often overly congested with those who are hungry for a low price. I suggest avoiding this time, though we all have to face a crowd, even one that somehow emits an indistinguishably insidiously suffocating atmosphere and one that spouts out the wails of at least one crying baby, sometimes-- especially if it means we can get get our Marie Calendar Roasted Pot Pies for 89 cents cheaper.
