During my recent visit to this Walgreens location, I encountered a few issues with my purchase. Unbeknownst to me at the time, I was overcharged for items I did not receive and had additional quantities added that I had not purchased. Although I mentioned my concerns, I wasn’t able to address the problem immediately due to receiving email receipts.
However, this turned out to be a positive experience in the end. I had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, Renee, who listened attentively and addressed each of my concerns with ease. Renee’s dedication to resolving the issue was commendable. Mistakes happen, but the way they are handled makes a significant difference.
Thanks to Renee’s excellent customer service, I will continue to frequent this Walgreens location.

Consistent and ongoing issues with pharmacy manager. She's always got an attitude and yesterday just as I got up to drive through window my once ready medications were cancelled with no explanation given. My wife went up later and spoke to another tech (who was absolutely wonderful-Danielle) and she said she doesn't know why they were cancelled. My wife told her I know why- it's the lady in drive through as she's a real problem because she apparently doesn't like my family for some reason. Danielle said she would take care of us and in 5 minutes I had the meds I needed. She needs to go. It should be illegal to cancel medications just because you hate our name or something. This isn't the first time. It's repeated regularly each time we have to dea with her there's a problem with our meds.

My poor Doctor called my script in 3 times. Go to pick it up & suprise a handcrafted note in the window says they close at 4.Ok so had to wait ANOTHER day. And SUPRISE they 'never got a call from my Doctor.' I was there when he made the call.I understand being short staffed but Walgreens come on now pay for a Pharmacist and give the techs a break! This job is important for critical medications..this is peoples lives we are talking about here.

My Pax medicine is expired. Luckily my COVID isn't that bad and insurance covered most of it, so at least I'm only out $11. I'm still waiting for my inhaler. Shucking off this mortal coil might still be preferable.

Absolutely horrible!! I called at 5:10, was left on hold for 30 mins. When the called was answered by pharmacist Rebecca she stated she would not be able to fill my rx today due to them closing at 7. Sent me to another location where I was on hold so long 45 mins to be exact, I drove to the location, completely unacceptableThen Tobe told there will be another hr wait for the actual rx..

Make sure you count your medications after getting them from the pharmacy! I just went to go pick up my mother's medication. Her quantity is 60 and there were only 30 in the pill bottle. Luckily, I followed my gut and open the bag to count. Otherwise, my mom would be screwed.

Yesterday 1/18/23 I went In store to get some things. There was absolutely no shopping carts when you walk in to be had and I had many things to get, so I ask the girl working where there would be a cart she look around and said everyone is using them. I Said HOW CAN THAT BE … I’M THE ONLY ONE IN HERE??? She said I don’t know what to tell you …. Guess what I left the store (never to return again).

The pharmacy supervisor is really mean and snotty her name is Rebecca and she's a racist she needs God if anyone having a problem with her please report her to corporate asap if she doesn't like her job she needs to leave and go elsewhere she's got very poor customer service and she doesn't like people of color sad mean person she is

The pharmacy staff seems to be busting their butts to get prescriptions filled but he lackadaisical pharmacy tech with the long dark hair could use some customer service skills. She's yawned and stretched and just her entire demeanor is unpleasant. I don't think she knows how to smile. Stressed or not put in some effort to not look so annoyed.

Awful staff. Scheduled a booster for my elderly grandfather. Arrived before the appointment and the staff was rude, not helpful and made him wait an hour extra before giving it to him. He has issues where sitting too long puts him in pain and the staff didn’t care.
