I cannot get a prescription filled. Walgreens blames the doctor but they are the blame. The staff hang up on you on the phone,. They mouth off to you and are rude. Do not go to Walgreens! Bad business and the company will not fix it. I hope they close! They don't even fill prescriptions in the store!

They don't ever answer the phone in the pharmacy. Very difficult to refill a prescription. Their website doesn't recognize my prescription and neither does the automated system. I need my inhaler. Why is this so challenging? Hire someone to answer the phone.
