Absolutely the worst and awful pharmacists with no respect for patients. Agin they delayed my medication I requested for refill last week and they refused to work on it. Every time I reached out they said they are working on my medicine. They ignored me purposely ! I have decided to change my Walgreen location! Shame on them !!!!!

Used this pharmacy for the first time today and will never use it again. Customer service is not great, very unfriendly pharmacy staff. Was told in person at noon that my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. Was then told at 3:30 in person that it wouldn't be ready until the next day, and then ended up just waiting until they could get it ready right then since it was literally an inhaler and it was very much needed asap. Just a generally bad experience. Do not recommend.

Consistent and ongoing issues with pharmacy manager. She's always got an attitude and yesterday just as I got up to drive through window my once ready medications were cancelled with no explanation given. My wife went up later and spoke to another tech (who was absolutely wonderful-Danielle) and she said she doesn't know why they were cancelled. My wife told her I know why- it's the lady in drive through as she's a real problem because she apparently doesn't like my family for some reason. Danielle said she would take care of us and in 5 minutes I had the meds I needed. She needs to go. It should be illegal to cancel medications just because you hate our name or something. This isn't the first time. It's repeated regularly each time we have to dea with her there's a problem with our meds.

Make sure you count your medications after getting them from the pharmacy! I just went to go pick up my mother's medication. Her quantity is 60 and there were only 30 in the pill bottle. Luckily, I followed my gut and open the bag to count. Otherwise, my mom would be screwed.

The pharmacy staff seems to be busting their butts to get prescriptions filled but he lackadaisical pharmacy tech with the long dark hair could use some customer service skills. She's yawned and stretched and just her entire demeanor is unpleasant. I don't think she knows how to smile. Stressed or not put in some effort to not look so annoyed.

After having a really bad experience in a different retail store yesterday I decided to stop by here for the movie night snacks instead (plus i needed to pick up a script) the gentleman at the pharmacy helped me as soon as he could get to me. I also needed to check out some items but I know the pharmacy was getting busy so instead of making him do two transactions I walked up to the front to pay for my other items. The lady at the counter was so cheerful and friendly that it made my shopping experience that much better! I want to comment the two employees that serviced me today - thank you for having excellent customer service! I will be back more often!!

Made appointment for COVID booster and flu shot as this location is close to my office. I checked in for my appt 10 minutes early, filled out paperwork as asked. It's now 15 minutes past my appointment time and they can't seem to tell me when I might receive my pre-scheduled shots. Somehow in the last 25 minutes they have misplaced my vaccine record card and the paper I filled out upon arrival. I know the world is short staffed. However, there are many working in this pharmacy dept and nobody seems to be communicating with each other. I don't typically use Walgreens pharmacy for anything and I'm being reminded as to why.

Huge kudos to Jason! He is always so amazing and helpful to every single customer! I wish more retail stores had employees that cared as much about excellent customer service as Jason does. You have a stellar employee in him!

Friendly staff, pharmacy staff usually quick. Most of the time have what I want. Cov19 has messed with that everywhere. Been coming to this store for years, even though a store is closer, not as friendly and efficient as this one

I went to the checkout and noticed the gentleman was not wearing a mask . I felt very uncomfortable. I called the store and the manager informed me that he cannot wear one for medical reasons. I am sorry to hear that. But he needs to perform a different job for the company. Not up front and personal to the customers.
