I bought several items from them. They were shipped quickly, but I did end up missing an item. Customer service solved the problem within the next day, which was so appreciated.
I'd also say the quality and price seems very good. I bought a grid screen display that separates into two pieces. It's easy to use, easy to travel with, and looks nice with my art on it. Overall I'm happy with the order.

I only received part of my shipments. I paid extra to receive it faster. The shipping company can't find the package. When I call Store Supply, they just told me to wait. I am still waiting and not once was I offered any compensation for the lack of fast shipping or a refund since I have never received my package. The lack of customer service is abhorent.

What an absolute rip off. They accept returns-on customers dime and then will credit return less shipping. What this essentially means with the cost to return and deduction for their shipping I have paid for merchandise that I RETURNED. PS. I also emailed two seconds after ordering to cancel order which was never replied to. Horrible all around.

Ok...the shipping and receiving entrance off of Taussig Ave .Translation...they have more docks around the back of the building. There are no signs in the front telling you that. Go past enterprise way you will see the entrance.
