“I will NEVER shop at Home Depot or Lowe’s again unless I’m forced to for some reason. Schnars has 10/10 customer service. Let me tell you about my great experience.I needed a new weed eater so I walked into Schnars. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I believe is named Jacob. Not in an aggressive sales way, but more of a helpful greeting.I set my sight on what looked like a pretty good deal, but was kindly directed to an even better deal which would save me money and get me a blower, weed eater, and 2 batteries for a great price, which turned out to be an obvious choice. They threw in a free Echo hat just because they are nice . Honestly, I needed another hat, so I was happy.Turns out I forgot the second battery that came with the set. A few hours later I was SHOCKED to see that the same gentleman showed up to my door step just to personally deliver the battery to me. Who even gives such great customer service anymore?Anyway, I felt compelled to leave this review because I’ve now been there like 10 times and have had a great experience each time.”

He checked my ID, asked me to verify the addresses and double checked if he could do anything else for me. My package was delivered fewer than 48 hours later, as promised.”

“My local branch is great, but God forbid your freight goes through Midway. I ship NFG, and get 4 shipments per week on average, and my fish shipment was missed in Midway. There were 6 flights following the flight they missed that the order did not get on before getting on one that landed after they closed. When you ship NFG, this is supposed to be guaranteed or your don't pay. I called corporate in Texas and was told to kick rocks, they are not honoring this, as they don't have as many flights. What a joke! Any excuse to not live up to your obligation. Very frustrated with the way they treat customers.”

“This is a great FedEx location and the people are very friendly. I do recommend this FedEx location because they do help you even if you don't have a box but I just had to mail something it was quite easy but I made it in five minutes they were going to close and I made it by five minutes. That was a great experience!”

I had ordered some enclosure cards for work through Canva, and there was a miscommunication from Canva and although we paid for envelopes, our need for them wasn't communicated to the FedEx team. “We went in with Spectrum equipment to return on 5/23/24 and didn't know if we needed boxes, a label, etc. A young African American man helped us with a smile, so willing to walk us through the handful of steps (he did all the work), and it was seamless. I think his name was Caleb, but not sure, I believe it started with a C. He's an asset to UPS. Great work and service, young man.”

Given a delivery date from the company I’d ordered from, I knew I would be out of town and scheduled a later delivery date through DHL. I was surprised to receive a text letting me know my package was in town and being held in Hazelwood…I went there and it was a simple, fast and pleasant process to get it!”

In my experience throughout that time, the staff has been responsive, pleasant, and courteous. Only once in that time have I had the mail another address come here, and only once has a letter to me been sent to another address. So, I'm puzzled at serious negative experiences with this post office.”
