Everytime i drop my equipment off for service i trust they only charge me for work needed, not try to upsell me on anything, & everytime i make a purchase i have the most knowledgeable salesperson helping, if they dont know the answer to a question they will find out before you leave. I Most definitely recommend scotts power equipment on lindbergh and st charles rock rd

This was a complete joke. First, I give them the literal picture of the part number I need, guy tells me "I need to know which engine it's for". So I find the engine brand, model number, horse power, date of manufacturing, and give him all of that only to them be told "I need the number stamped on the valve cover..."
So I then, while he's still done absolutely nothing, find the literal part online, give him the part number for him to look up only to be met with the most absurd look for me having the audacity to ask this guy to do his job. Then he looks it up, tells me it'll take a few days and cost $400.
It was $80 online. $110 at another local power equipment store. I already have the part in hand less than an hour later.
As someone that works in the automotive industry, this guy's entire attitude was poor from the beginning. He was lazy, unwilling to put in a basic effort and tried to gouge me on price. People like him give the industry a bad name and from the look of other reviews on this location, it's a consistent trend of poor counter people.
I laughed the entire way to my car when he told me that price...

Scott's Power Equipment gets my highest recommendation. Their customer service is outstanding which is born out of their excellent communication. Whether it be buying new equipment or getting the mowers in our (Coffey's Lawn Care) fleet repaired or maintained. Todd gets our stuff in quickly and gets it repaired right. Again, we utilize Scott's services frequently and that is a direct result of their customer service.

I am so glad I chose to do business at Scott's. With a beautiful showroom and friendly staff, you can't really go wrong. They helped me get my new STIHL trimmer up and going in no time and even tossed me a free ball cap! Seriously, if you want the best possible customer service experience, stop by and see for yourself.

Pretty fast unloding ... 3 trucks before me total time 1H 30 min not bad . If you can arrive earlier than 8 am .

Not great for service!! Requested several times for a fix for gas gauge not functioning properly, it's like your left n!? , Never got back to with a fix !! Would not recommend service department !
