I applaud and recommend Romantique. The customer service is white glove and top notch. My dad has done business with this family for the last 30+ years, starting when they were in Bridgeton. My engagement ring is 125+ years old and needed new prongs. I’m passionately happy with having my beautiful ring back and love the job they did repairing my ring. The selection of jewelry is lovely. I can’t wait to go back and pick out something beautiful and new.

Really great people to work with! I bought a Hamilton watch, my first swiss watch and they were awesome. They let me try on many watches and find what I like - then they ordered me another size that fits great. Definitely recommend

I'd recommend Romantique Jewelers to anyone! I recently got engaged and my ring needed to be resized. Romantique Jewelers accomodated our need for a tight turnaround twice. They truly went above and beyond for us, and we are so grateful to have found such a great jeweler in the area.

Took my wedding ring to Romantique to have the have the setting checked. So grateful, they did a wonderful job replacing the prongs. Looks as good as it did 32 years ago.

I was extremely pleased with the work of Romantique Jewelers. I was looking for a jeweler to change a battery in an expensive Hopi Indian watch bracelet. The service was terrific and I truly felt that the salesperson was eager to hear my problem and fix it. It is not an ordinary watch band so it was modified to accept the watch.The jeweler texted me the same day to let me know it was ready and the price was an absolute bargain. I would recommend Romantique Jewelers to anyone looking for new jewelry or needing something fixed. It was an overall great experience.

Very good customer service. I took in a watch & had a lifetime battery put in it. The watch still wasn't keeping time so I took it back. I decided to buy a new watch & they put the money I spent on the battery towards the new watch. They have a great deal on Seiko watches if anyone needs one!! Thank you again for the excellent service!

Wonderful customer service! I bought a ring through them that I customized, and the main stone fell out and was lost months later. Returned to store and all was taken care of with the warranty.

I have been a customer of Romantique since I was in high school. I recently returned to them when my wedding set of 16 years (not purchased at Romantique) was in need of repair. My ring not only needed repair; it also needed a new diamond. This was daunting to think about and honestly, not an experience I wanted to have. I love my ring and the sentiment that comes with it. Dominic and everyone at the store went above and beyond to explain the process, compare the options, and respect my budget and desire to not alter the ring too much. They also did not mind that my young daughter was with me and examining all the options as well. In the end I cannot be happier. My ring is restored, upgraded, and so beautiful that it brings tears to my eyes. Thank you Romantique!

Dominick helped my husband create a custom engagement/wedding ring for me and it is still just as beautiful today as it was then! We recently visited at the the new location (which is a great spot) and once again Dominick & Kim helped us create a special set of earrings for a birthday gift! They turned out so good!
