Now I know why employee Kieran was wiping down and sanitizing each pump. He was also friendly while he was working.

I recently had an unsettling experience at QuickTrip. While I was there, someone named Josh A stole $100 from me, and what's worse, his manager, Gail, seemed to be covering for him. Despite my concerns, they claimed they couldn't review the security camera footage until the next day. Feeling frustrated and betrayed, I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted QuickTrip's head operations. Thankfully, they swiftly took action and caught Josh A in the act of stealing. However, it's troubling that Gail seemed to defend him, even admitting she knew him. This incident highlights the need for QuickTrip to update their hiring practices and conduct thorough background checks on their employees to ensure the safety and trust of their customers.

Seems they schedule or deploy the "lazy crew" together every Friday. You learn their faces and can just pull past the door and look in to see who is working to know if they going to have anything in the kitchen ready.... Common sense says to have the product ready at your peak buisness hours to monopolize on the profits but that sense isn't so common these days.....

Here we are again this QuikTrip absolutely sucks It's 1230 every roller grill item is gone with hardly any cooking. all of the hot food like the pizza and the sandwiches are gone little girl standing behind there, talking to somebody else and not doing a damn thing and why in the world would you pull out all of your cooler items like your energy drinks And have tubs all over the floor. People cannot even walk through here. And there's like five people standing around doing nothing. Now I don't know what's going on with that but when I asked at the counter, she says oh it happens a lot and it takes all day. Why would you do that during lunchtime at the heart of your rush-hour do that stuff at night duh! either QuikTrip cannot find managers worth a damn, or that job must be a hell of a lot harder than it looks!

The manager at this particular Quiktrip must have very poor organizational skills. The roller grills are always either empty or there’s not enough food cooked for the lunch rush. I come here most days just to get something as it’s very close to my work. The people that make the food to go in the café, they need to fire them and start over because at 11:00 all of the food bins are basically empty. There’s not a single pizza slice for sale, but if you come over here at 1 to 130 the entire hot food section is full. This is not once in a while this is every day consistently the roller grills are empty at lunchtime and all of the hot food selections are empty at the 1130 to 1230 lunch rush. It’s amazing. and given how busy this is imagine what your revenue income would go up if you actually had food for people to eat.

I like QT and this one is pretty consistent. This location is right off the interstate and between a shipping district and a warehouse/factory/office area. So, it gets a lot of traffic. Shelves and fresh food are usually well stocked. Bathrooms, floors, and the lot could be cleaner. The free air pump for tires usually works. Employees are generally efficient and sometimes friendly. There are 24 fuel pumps for gas and diesel, so you can nearly always find an open refueling spot. The lot is busy, though, requires extra caution. A large side lot provides safer parking if you're just using the store or need a place for a quick break.

My family decided to stop by this QT as we were passing through St. Louis. Usually we have better experiences with QT, but this location was disappointing. We ordered a sub sandwich with modifications from the kitchen. It was not made according to our order, and we didn't have time to go back to get a replacement. Bathrooms were also quite messy.

It's pretty clean, the employees are friendly and ill be coming back even though I'm visiting and I stayed at the Marriott near that gas station, I find it very pleasant.
