“This CVS location in Schnucks at the Bridgetown location is a fantastic place to obtain prescriptions in a timely manner. The prescriptions are available and filled for the promised time and most importantly the employees are pleasant, knowledgeable and focus on customer satisfaction even though it seems to be a high volume pharmacy. Medications are always available to be filled on the fill date without fail. Each of the employees seem to work in harmony to assure patient satisfaction . I hope they are recognized for a job well done.”
“The staff here are pleasant, fast & educated. I struggled w/ Walgreens for 8mo over a script. When they decided they would "allow" me to pay out of pocket, they tried to charge me $129 for a month's supply. Walmart filled the script in 15 minutes, applied coupons & I paid less than $20. ?Bless y'all and the work you do.?”
“The customer service here is excellent. I hadn't used the pharmacy in many years. But I was heading down to the surgery center when I dropped my asthma inhaler down the elevator shaft. I ran into the pharmacy in a panic, I only had 15 minutes to check in before my surgery. The young lady at the desk assured me that she would do her best to help me. They made the calls and made sure that my mother had my inhaler before my surgery was over. I don't remember her name, this all happened yesterday I'm still a little woozy..I would like to thank the whole pharmacy team for everything they did for me.”

“My 64 year old son Mark has been treated here for years for his stage 4 colon rectal cancer.
Mark loved the doctors here and the care they provided.
Sadly he recently passed away, but not from the cancer, rather than a brain aneurysm from which he could not recover.
Dr. Cuevas even sent me a personal letter with the teams condolences. This is a class outfit highly recommended.”
“During my recent visit to this Walgreens location, I encountered a few issues with my purchase. Unbeknownst to me at the time, I was overcharged for items I did not receive and had additional quantities added that I had not purchased. Although I mentioned my concerns, I wasn’t able to address the problem immediately due to receiving email receipts.
However, this turned out to be a positive experience in the end. I had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, Renee, who listened attentively and addressed each of my concerns with ease. Renee’s dedication to resolving the issue was commendable. Mistakes happen, but the way they are handled makes a significant difference.
Thanks to Renee’s excellent customer service, I will continue to frequent this Walgreens location.”
“This is my favorite CVS store. The store manager LaSandra K and team member Jewel M are the sweetest individuals I know. They are kind, helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. If there is ever an issue I may have locating something, they are eager to help, no hesitation. They are patient with me with learning what’s what with using my FSA card. Trust me the insurance does not make it easy for me. So I am here to say thanks and show my gratitude!”

“After having a really bad experience in a different retail store yesterday I decided to stop by here for the movie night snacks instead (plus i needed to pick up a script) the gentleman at the pharmacy helped me as soon as he could get to me. I also needed to check out some items but I know the pharmacy was getting busy so instead of making him do two transactions I walked up to the front to pay for my other items. The lady at the counter was so cheerful and friendly that it made my shopping experience that much better! I want to comment the two employees that serviced me today - thank you for having excellent customer service! I will be back more often!!”
