Christin Garcia was amazing she went out of her way to make this as stress free as possible. She always was available to speak with never got fusstrated never had a bad vibe just wanted to work with me, you really don't get customer service like this anymore you guys are lucky to have her and a kick out to Demarco on the delivery and pick up side you were also very much a professional and a good person thank you for making my mother in-laws day. Will most definitely use them again if i have ever need to move again. Many thanks will miss our talks

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! UNITS ARE STORED IN MOUSE INFESTED ENVIRONMENT!I rented 2 units from the Hazelwood location of this company in mid-2021 and in early 2023 when I had the units delivered to my house, one of the units had been infested with mice. Everything in the unit was completely destroyed. The unit contained a sofa, 2 upholstered chairs, a bed, small counter-sized kitchen appliances, and several boxes. When I opened the unit I immediately noticed mouse droppings EVERYWHERE! The furniture had holes in it and was covered with droppings and mouse urine. There were live AND dead mice in the unit! The mice had removed stuffing from the furniture and started making 'homes' in the boxes with the stuffing. The unit was deplorable! I called MyWay and was told that they would have the manager of the Florissant store call me - no one called. I called again the following day or so and spoke to Tammy, who identified herself as the manager. I told Tammy what I had experienced and she was very nice and helpful - at first. Tammy asked that I send pictures of everything, including a picture that showed a hole in the unit, which had to be the entry point for the infestation, along with an estimation of the cost of what I lost in the unit and she would forward to the owner and get back with me. Several days later, I reached out to Tammy again as I had not heard back from her. She told me that she was waiting to hear back from the owner on how to proceed. She told me not to worry and that I 'would be reimbursed'. That was the last time I heard from Tammy. I've reached out and I have not received any response from Tammy nor have I been contacted by the owner. MyWay advertises that their units are pest-controlled and temperature controlled, which I don't believe is true - there is no way this would have happened in such an environment.

I'd be very curious after all of these reviews if it's under new management. I canceled my storage contract in mid November (receipt and all) and not only am I still being billed, I keep getting the run around about the delivery of my units...

I used them for my move and they were responsive, worked with me in delivering the pods and picking them up. I thought I needed 3 but ended up needing six of them. They were very quick in getting the extra pods delivered in a very timely matter. My problem was one was delivered with a hole in the side. We covered it with plastic to protect the things inside. Was told they stored them inside a warehouse so no problem with getting wet. When they delivered them and we opened them up we had three of the pods very wet inside. I have reached out and sent pictures of what we found but have not received any answers as per why they were wet and what we are going to do. Had pictures, cooking books, blankets and cooking pots that got very wet and rusted. That shows that was wet for a while. If it wasn't for this incident I would if given them 5 stars, just very disappointed in no follow threw as per what we are going to do.

Positives: Professionalism, accountability, courteous, ResponsivenessEverything with this company was fine up until I had my units delivered. While going through my pods I noticed one of them did not belong to me and that my my unit is missing. I called and spoke with a manager who then advised me that one of my units(the one missing) had been dropped by a previous employee and my unit had been damaged. I was then advised that my items were placed into another pod but they where not sure where it was. The manager stated that she would locate it and have the correct unit delivered. However with all that occurred I would definitely say the manager Tami and the delivery driver was VERYYYY professional and did all she could to correct the issue and was very apologetic, I will still refer this company bc they did make good on the mistakes that where made.

I’ve used this company twice to store my items while moving. The professionalism is unmatched. Everything from the initial phone calls with the customer service team from the drop off/pick up gentleman. I Highly recommend this company for all of your storage and moving needs. Also very affordable compared to their competitors.

Customer service is great. When I first called them Amber give me the break down of everything I asked her. She wasn't rushing me nor was she irritated because I was asking so many questions. My pods arrived on the day they was suppose too and the second pod I didn't need I called an told them they refunded my money for it. I will be using them when I move. Thanks myway!!

Amber at MyWay was the most wonderful and helpful person throughout our moving process. She made everything so easy and we were able to store extra items to show our house and then move the boxes to the new home easily. I will absolutely use their service again if needed.

Storage units not delivered yet, but already Customer Service experience is great. Doing business online is great, AND being able to talk to a live human is still a priority to me. Thanks Ni'cole & Rick. Will follow-up when units delivered.Update: Storage units delivered right on schedule. Filled units moved today , an hour ahead of schedule. Every contact has been positive, Ni'cole, Rick & Tammy (by phone) Jim the driver in-person, both times. Dealing with a move during a Global Pandemic is challenging alone. You guys made this part easy. Thank you so much. I chose My Way over Packrat & PODS due to the reviews. Would highly recommend My Way.

Dates of Service: May 2019 - October 2019 Bottom Line: Excellent Customer Service Agent, Decent Storage Unit, Less Than Desirable Pick Up Experience Initial Experience: In the past, I had used a company called StorageBanc in Fenton, MO during the summer of 2013 to provide on-site storage containers while the floors were being refinished in my Mother's home. That company went out of business. A local company, 'STL Rent-a-Box', which provides tote-sized rental containers for moving suggested I speak with 'MyWay Mobile Storage'. 'MyWay Mobile Storage' seem to be a national company, but they do have a warehouse in Bridgeton, MO. I worked with a helpful customer representative who matched pricing of similar U-Haul mobile storage units. In addition, they offered a first month free promotion. The downside was that there was a $70 delivery fee for my location in Affton. I opted for four of the 8 feet long, 5 feet wide, and 7 feet tall containers they offered. Their delivery truck is able to transport a maximum of four containers. Construction of the containers is a wooden frame with wood particle board providing the shell. A vinyl cover with velcro and straps keeps the container protected from the rain. Delivery and Setup: A flatbed truck arrives with a forklift on the rear of the truck to place the the containers in position on your site/property. They were on time and called before they arrived, as I recall. The gentleman who placed the containers on the property was named Rick. He was helpful and careful and gave me . I tipped him five dollars for doing a good job. One unexpected discovery during the setup process was that any tree branches near the top of the containers will need to be removed. Rick had saws with him on hand, so this is something to be aware of prior to delivery as it was not mentioned. Usage and Return Process: After approximately five months of usage, I did not find any of the contents of the containers to be damaged by water or pests. The velcro on the flaps of the vinyl cover were probably 80-90% effective/functional. What was mostly useless was the velcro on the side of the container. It was supposed to hold the vinyl flap open while going in and out of the container. It rarely stayed in place. After working with the same helpful customer service agent several weeks prior to arrange pickup for return of the containers, I did not receive any contact for pickup by the local office until the afternoon of the day prior to the scheduled pickup date. I spoke with Rick, who I believe was the same gentleman who delivered the containers. He assured me that I would be contacted by telephone prior to arrival of the truck. This did not happen. When I asked the driver, Jim, about the telephone call, he said "they should have called you". Thankfully, he was able to busy himself with other tasks while I took about 10-15 minutes to prepare the site for removal of the units. Before removal of the units, Jim began to sweep out the units on my property, as well as apply bug spray to the interior walls of the units, including the inside of the open front door. This was something I was never notified of beforehand. I asked Jim if I could borrow the broom he was using to sweep out the containers on to my driveway so I could clean up the wood particles that had fallen off and were now laying in my driveway. He obliged. I noticed that once Jim had the units at the end of my driveway, he raised the units up into the air and knocked off any debris from the units at the end of my driveway and in the street. Given the fact that I have pets, the bug spray application and leaving debris in my driveway left me displeased. Summary: In this case, 'MyWay Mobile Storage' left me about 80% satisfied with their service. It was not until the end that they left me unhappy with the service. Next time I need on-site mobile storage, I will certainly look up 'MyWay Mobile Storage'. I will also know what to expect the next go a

I had to call MyWay when another company could not get their container down my driveway. MyWay got it done, and Jim the driver was very careful with moving the containers!! I am sure that the ride in the truck was tougher than the way he handled the containers with the fork truck. Bravo for a system that was easy to schedule and use. I hope I don't have to use aa container again. But if I do I will call MyWay

Having tried the most common pod based storage system and not been impressed, decided to give these folks a try. Really glad I did. The system is really slick, they text you two days before pickup/delivery and show up when they say they will.
