I feel this is the best State Farm office by far. Donna Yost really helped me with my insurance needs and it did not take a long time nor was it difficult or draining. I would really recommend this state form office for anyone looking for car or home insurance

They take the time to get to know you so they can get you the best policy for your needs. If you have any question, they will explain thoroughly so you know what you are getting. Friendly staff.

I just had a meeting with our representative at Kathy's office. He was very helpful in going over our different policies to make sure we had the coverage that we needed. He explained the changes that we could make. Then left the final decision up to us. Overall I am very satisfied with the way our meeting went .

JD called and offered to go over our cars and trailers policy’s to save us some money. We haven’t nailed it just but I appreciate taking the time to go over them.

I’ve been with Kathy Bowden’s office for the past 30 years, starting with auto insurance, then homeowners’ insurance, to most recently adding a new teenage driver to our auto insurance policy. Everyone in the office is a pleasure to work with and available anytime to answer even the smallest questions. Would highly recommend!

I've always used St. Farm for car insurance (since I started driving in the 1990's) as did my family. No other company has ever given me a better rate! ~ I picked Kathy Bowden's office because it's the closest to me having moved to the area & it has not yet disappointed. They've always been efficient in responding to any changes/needs. Shane is enthusiastic about being willing to help & offers quotes if I want but is not pushy if I don't.
