He is very polite and professional and made sure my new phone was functioning before I left. The store is very clean and the merchandise is professionally displayed. “Tomas was amazing, I had water damage on my previous phone, I received the new one and brought it to the store so they could help with retrieving my information! Thomas spent the time with me explaining how everything works while waiting for it to download! You can tell he is really passionate about helping the customers! You should have a Thomas at every store, alot of people have no idea about how to manage the phone! “My experience with the Verizon off of Lindbergh & Halls Ferry was superb. I thought I had inadvertently lost some very important information on my phone and was feeling really bad about it- like sick to my stomach bad. But after I assaulted the agent, Arlando with an A, for telling me the info was lost never to be seen again (not really, I just sort of punched him in jest), Superwoman Summer came to the rescue and was able to magically recover what I thought I had lost. I told the manager they deserved 1,000 stars, but she said five was the limit. I was to receive an email/link to rate them, but, alas it never arrived. Soooo, three months later I am writing a review extolling their skill, talent, camaraderie, and all around helpfulness. I am giving them the 1,000 stars for a job well done even if it's only in my own mind! Thanks you two!”

She was so knowledgeable, joyful, and a delight to work with. She was able to listen and quickly find the plan for me to get all of the things that I have wished for. I am so grateful for Verizon hiring training and promoting wonderful specialist like DAWN, who come in to work and assist us with our Technology needs. “Went there with my neighbor to return some equipment. The store was full, no place to sit down. So the trainee by the name Domenic was extremely nice, he offer his chair so that I could sit down. This young man was extremely helpful, he was very fast and courteous. He took his time with us, since we were senior citizens. Spectrum need more employees like this.”

“I came in and asked for advice on the apple 12 and helped extensively. I enjoyed my time here. I had no wait and no other guests were in the store on a Saturday. I came in a Friday evening at 5 pm and was helped immediately and met at the door. The manager helped me with access to my old Verizon account even though I had recently switched to another cell carrier. They were patient and helpful. Definitely come in you have questions, they will help you.”

“I bought a new phone from Amazon and not Spectrum. I took my phone in to Spectrum to transfer my service to my new phone. The man in service did EVERYTHING for me to set up my new phone and he explained features I did not know how to use. He did all of this work with a pleasant attitude rather than a begrudging attitude. That is the way I have always been treated at the St. Charles office. I think the employees there do a great job.”

“Made the decision to change out our modem at the office rather than schedule a tech. Son in town and was trying to solve a few glitches in our cable service while in town. Service person helpful and very nice trying to help with our issues and billing but her hands pretty much tied on the issues we were concerned about.”
