I just filed my taxes with Ms. Charlotte. She was very warm and kind and incredibly intelligent and efficient. I have no idea what I’m doing with taxes and she made me feel comfortable. She’s very good at what she does!

I had a bad experience with this location. The tax specialist Vicky T. made several mistakes on my taxes.One of them being she filed me as Single instead of Head of Household; which could have cost me to miss out on $1,000.I looked over my refund, and that's when I noticed the two mistakes. I went up there to point out the errors that were made. The staff simply replied "we're human, we all make mistakes." But no apology. They had to amend my taxes and submit it back to the IRS. Once everything was corrected, I was owed an additional $749 federal and $191 by the state.I go to H&R Block every year to get my taxes done, and I have never had an issue like this. It really rubbed me the wrong way, and kinda made me lose confidence in H&R Block tax specialists. I will not be returning next year. If you go to this location, please look over your return.

Been coming here for years. They are always courteous, professional and treat you like family. They call each year and make sure I have an appointment convenient for me, are always accommodating it the times need to change listen to your concerns.

As retail stock trading has become more popular I feel it prudent to make sure others don't make the same mistake I did by using H&R block for taxes. The people and location are nice and friendly, however I was originally charged nearly $900 to do my taxes because I had quite a few stock trades that she entered one by one. I sat through this with her for 3 hours. Luckily she realized the price was insane but was only able to knock off 200 dollars so I still ended up paying around $700. I did my taxes with Turbo tax this year (similar stock market activity) and it took me 20 minutes by myself and less than 100 dollars. I would give it 1 star because I truly believe the person doing my taxes did it wrong and I never should have been charged that, but she was very nice and genuinely felt bad at the charge so they get a bump to 2.
