I went in this morning because I needed some letters and one of the letters I needed was damaged bad. So I asked a worker and she just brushed me off. I put the damaged letter back on the wall and stood there a couple of minutes think and process what just happened. So I took the damaged letter back off the wall put in my cart with the rest of the letters I had. Got to the register and I asked the guy at the register could I order it. It was another young lady that was a worker walking by over heard the conversation and came to assist. So while the guy was scanning my item that I was purchasing the young lady was writing up an item that I wanted that was damaged. So the first lady that I encountered even though she was rude to me the guy who scanned my items and the other young lady was really helpful. And not to mention they tagged team. Team work makes the dream work. Even gave me the run down on how long it would take. The rude lady 0/10 and the last two that helped me 10/10. Just be kind it cost nothing.

I'm a frequent hobby lobby shopper, however today was my first time in this particular store. The store is quite large, however somehow lacks inventory and polite cashiers . When I came in I was greeted by an employee (who was dressed like maybe he was a manager? Not sure) who was very friendly. The store overall was clean, and well organized though. I had found the last of a particular picture I wanted to buy however, it was severely damaged on the back of it. I've never experienced a hobby lobby not discounting the item if it's damaged, so when I went to check out I politely asked the cashier (who seemed annoyed by this question of mine) and they informed me they "do not discount damaged items because it can be fixed" .. if that's the case then can framing fix it? And I got an attitude. I left without that item, paid for the rest and went to the Rolla location which happened to have the same picture not damaged, for the same price St Louis wanted to charge me for one with a completely damaged back Needless to say, I won't go back if I'm in the area not because of the limited inventory they seemed to have but because of the lack of politeness from the cashier.
