Bought a car in December. I have not been able to register it because Frank Leta Mitsubishi has still not provided the Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin. I have also gotten a ticket for not having my car registered in addition to the $200 in fines I will have to pay when I finally can register it. I have called for months and months and I just get sent to the voicemail of someone who never calls me back. I have moved since then and left a voicemail with my new address. Did they get it? Who knows? They already got my money so why should they call me back?

To start off, I and another individual on the title was approved for a vehicle some time the week before Christmas, drove it off the lot, got the windows tinted on it and then one or two weeks after new year’s day, they call back saying that the application that was submitted, was submitted incorrectly and that car actually required 5,000 down! Once it was brought back, they never wanted to talk about reimbursement for the $400 window tint that was put on there, they just wanted to get us in another car. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.
The second issue, found out what car we WERE approved for & have had nothing but issues clerically, attempting to retrieve a duplicate title for the car. Paid the duplicate title fee at the dealership, waited the allotted six weeks or so; only to reach out to the DMV and find out that my application was denied for a duplicate certificate of title. Now I’m stuck with a car I cannot register. Like the other one and two star comments whom are telling the truth.
To save you a headache from financial and clerical stress… STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. You’d be better off going elsewhere, that won’t screw you over.

My experience at Frank Leta was definitely an adventure in a positive way. Everyone was extremely happy and helpful. Tommy Trokey was my Product Specialist and he answered all my questions without judgement, if he didn’t have an answer he would find it. I asked for the carfax and less than 5 minutes later he had it in hand.
Tommy you are amazing and super helpful.
I will definitely be referring Tommy at Frank Leta Mitsubishi in Bridgeton MO to others

Pleasant and friendly staff. They put us in a 2024 for about the same price as going to a used car lot which won't have any of the coverage this place offers. Naturally you have to pay for what get but what they are offering I'm happy to have a brand new vehicle. The process did not take long. Take a chance and check them out. Oh I forgot to mention Nick T, our guy. Good spirit I got from him, the young lady with the paperwork explained everything to us very well. You just feel the helpfulness when you walk in. They are doing their Thang here.
