I had a pleasant stay. It is a pet friendly hotel, which was wonderful for me as I had 2 small dogs (20 lbs total) traveling with me. Check in was smooth. The rooms were clean and included complimentary coffee in the suite. There was a guest reception/happy out each evening, when hotel guests could receive 2 complimentary drinks per night of their stay at the bar (one receives tickets for the drinks at check in). The breakfast buffet was wonderful and offered many selections. My check out was also smooth. I highly recommend

This hotel is in desperate need of updating. The hallway smelled like smoke. The furniture in our room appeared stained and the accents were rusty. The room next to us had a dog who constantly barked, which was annoying. We might have left if it hadn’t been prepaid, but we were barely there anyway. That said we appreciated the free breakfast. If you want an omelette be sure to tip the chef. The staff was very friendly. We are less likely to return unless and until the hotel is updated.

Place is deplorable. Dirty, dingy, looks like an old fraternity house with stained, torn tattered couches. Dirt caked into floor. Slept fully clothed and was afraid to walk without shoes on. Hilton should be ashamed.

This was not my hotel of choice but my husband picked it because of the location being close to where we needed to be. Beyond disappointment and dissatisfaction. The rooms are filthy the first room we walked in smelled like a smelly locker room. We called and was told that our room was ready. This was so far from the truth. We walked in and all the cushions on the couch was on the floor. The sheets on the bed were not fresh and bathroom unclean. Luckily there was a very nice housekeeping attendant in the hall who came in to confirm the room was not cleaned or attceptable. We were given a different room although better than the first not much improvement. The hand soap was used and the bed was not properly made. Not to mention the overall cleanliness of the room was below standard. Headboard filthy, carpet filthy, couch filty, ironing board filthy, all surfaces just filthy. I had to do a wipe down and use a towel to sit on couch. The lobby has an allusion of nice until you get upclose to the furniture, just more filt. Yes it definitely needs a major upgrade but some proper cleaning will go a long way. I'm just disgusted. The best thing about this hotel is the staff Jeff was amazing very nice everyone we came in contact with was very nice and pleasant from bartender to our shuttle driver Lou I think was him name not 100% sure. The breakfast was not bad. Sad part is we found out there was an renovated room next to the dump we had lol. The happy hour complimentary drinks was a little perk we got some extra vouchers to make up for the poor room experience but we were not there long enough to use them all. Will not be going back. Only the staff gets a 4 star

Food and drinks: Breakfast was good and drinks at the bar good as long as you're not ordering mixed drinks bartender is learning as she goes

This location is not well maintained. The rooms are marginal. The breakfast is underwhelming in comparison to all other Embassy Suites I have visited. This is a future no for me.

The hotel needs some updating. Beds are hard, and room furniture replaced and pool area was not up to Hilton standards. The breakfast area, bar area, and employees are what made the stay a 4 star.

Nice staff, rooms were not clean. Had to get our own towels, etc. TVEntertainment needs modernized with streaming channels.
