What's trained by them over 20 years ago. They were a great company and had great reviews. What happened?

Not sure, filed a claim a week ago but no word yet. We found out the coverage is not very comprehensive, dealer sold it as a dent and ding repair. The Dent Wizard only repairs dents under the size of a credit card and will not touch up paint dings contrary to what the dealer said.
