Were I able to assign a lower "star" that would most certainly be the selection I'd make. After researching to see If I could get a Walk-in Covid booster at this store I stopped by on my way between errands to do so. When entering through the front door I noted the store seemed devoid of people. In particular? There were zero employees in evidence, and? Though I did call out multiple times no one answered. It crossed my mind there could be something amiss going on, but decided to walk around the left interior perimeter of the store to arrive at the pharmacy. There was a solitary woman standing at the counter and from recalling at minimum 4 or 5 employees behind the counter doing various "I look busy" type actions. I noted there was plenty of very visible signage there welcoming guests to their walk-in, no appointment necessary appointments. well, good. I waited at least 15 minutes. In that time not one single person behind the counter, acknowledged my presence in their store. nor did anyone ask if I might need some help or to suggest that they're busy but would be with me shortly... nothing. The woman in front of me was the only other guest there. So, no lines nor hoards of people waiting for service, nor booster shots (thankfully!) A young man did approach the counter, mumbling, admitting he still hadn't fixed "the issue for her yet. He left the counter again, then at length returned and gave her a bag. To her dismay and annoyance, it was the wrong person's meds. Thankfully, she noticed it.My turn. I stated I wanted a walk-in COVID19 booster and was told after asking if I'd made an appointment (What??!??) I could not have one. I suggested he might read the very prominent signage contradicting his message to me. He waved his hand and said they had changed that policy and that I couldn't have one even though I was the only person standing there. I asked if they had the meds? Yes. Was the person who administered the shot present on the property? Yes. This genius told me I must go home and call them to make an appointment for the next day even though I was standing there right now ready and willing to have this done with all my paperwork and my everything that I needed to have the booster done. The guy I was speaking with called "Joe" or whoever it was busy in the back twiddling too in the back and asked , "Can SHE get a booster shot?" Loudly . Just as loudly? Joe quipped rudely, " NO! She can't. Please understand there weren't lines of people. I was the only other customer in the Pharmacy department. I gave up, and shook my head looked at them incredulously and left.I checked the current info online today and even today it still indicates that I can be a walk-in guest to receive a booster shot and do not have to make an appointment. Don't waste your time folks. This is nonsense, utter nonsense.

I recently had a great experience at CVS and wanted to share it with others. My wife and I were staying at a hotel nearby and decided to stop by the CVS down the street to pick up some allergy medicine and water. It turned out to be an incredibly convenient choice.First and foremost, the staff at CVS were extremely helpful. They were proactive in assisting us with any questions or concerns we had about the over-the-counter allergy pills we were purchasing. It was reassuring to have their expertise and guidance, ensuring that we made the right choices for our needs. The store itself was clean and well-maintained. Despite being located in a busy area, it wasn't crowded, which made shopping a breeze. Additionally, there were plenty of parking spots available, so we didn't have to worry about finding a place to park.Overall, our visit to CVS was a positive one. The combination of convenience, helpful staff, cleanliness, and ample parking made it a great option for our immediate needs. I highly recommend this CVS location to anyone in the area who's looking for a hassle-free shopping experience.

Very difficult to get into and out of the parking lot. Pharmacy hours are limited and customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I gave this CVS a one star not because the employees they are fantastic but because the shelves are empty they're not stocked well, you get coupons you can use because the products on available. The manager has already told Corporate that they are short on stock and not getting inventory and they're pretty angry as workers because the customers cannot find anything they're looking for. I do use another CVS elsewhere do not come to the CVS unless you just want to go window shopping.

CVS in Bridgeton, Mo is horrible. They have incompetent employees who need to be fired and replaced. When you have to wait 15 minutes at the drive thru for a female employee (has an accent) to enter a prescription, she needs find a new job. I wish they would clean the place up, because it's the only CVS in the area.

Do not go to this pharmacy, CVS is a joke, since taking over Schnucks, they've increased prices, ridiculously long wait times after they've texted "your order is ready for pickup". Go to Walgreens and Walmart if you want to save money and time!!

This place has become garbage. Had to switch to Walgreens. Prescriptions not filled on time. I sent my girl up there to get Mucinex Chest congestion Expectorant and they have her the nasal kind. Incompetence would be the word for that.
