The place was clean, which is the most important part. The beds are super firm. Not my favorite, but to each his own. Nice pillows, spacious enough rooms. Bathroom clean and in good working order. You can hear doors and hallway noise so if that bothers you, you may want to get a room at the end of the hall. Has a breakfast but we didn't utilize it. Smelled overwhelmingly of pot when we came in, which they were trying (unsuccessfully) to cover with room spray. Fortunately the smell was relegated to the lobby.

Lobby was clean and inviting. Check In was after 10 pm. Staff was friendly. Elevator could use some attention. I remember whatever was on the wall was torn. There wasn't an ice machine on the floor I was on. I had to come downstairs for ice. Breakfast was laughable. Same breakfast you find at the dirt cheap hotels. The breakfast area is VERY Nice and stayed clean. Despite so, I paid for a decent breakfast elsewhere. Room was clean and of moderate size. AC worked well. I felt safe. I honestly would stay there again as long as the rate is acceptable.Parking lot was somewhat annoying because some of the guests took up 2 parking spaces. The street that you turn on wasn't that noticeable to me in the dark. I bypassed the street twice. There are two more hotels in the same area. I am unsure whether other guests had the same problem.IMO, This is a true 3 star hotel. There are NOT any amenities that I noticed. So, it's rated high by me based on other 3 star hotel. It would have been nice if the grass where I parked was cut back more. Despite so, the rabbit enjoyed it. I stayed 2 days.

The bed was comfortable enough, and the woman working the front desk was very friendly and empathetic. The problem was that after driving 10 hours with my 77 yr old dad across the country, I came in from unloading the car to find out that he had been cleaning diarrhea off the toilet from the precious tenant, plus a decebt anount of some sticky clear stuff off the bathroom floor, abd there were hairs in the tub. Totally unacceptable.

The location was tricky, its easy to pass. It convenient for food & shopping. The front check in process was a quick & person was pleasant. The room was nice. The bathroom hadn't been properly clean. There was visible food crumbs on floor and a dirty sock behind the door. Aside from that everything else was fine.

Very affordable compared to surrounding hotels despite being just as good quality wise. Beds and bathroom were clean. Staff were courteous and breakfast was normal fare for a chain hotel. Would recommend over pricier options.

A gem!!! For anyone like me who often has to come in the night before to catch AM flights, you know how horrifically bleak the hotel options are at STL. Even big chains tend to be grubby and worn out, or grossly overpriced and there's no food. This one is clean and new (dining is still an issue - bring takeout!). It's an economy hotel, so don't have crazy expectations, but I've spent 50% more on a reputable chain and worried about bedbugs in this neighborhood. I was thrilled to find the sleep inn. Hot water was a slow but arrived.

Stayed here before flying out of the airport. This was a nice room, the ambiance of both the hotel and room was great, and friendly staff. It was comfortable and enjoyable to stay in.

First off, I would like to say everyone expectations of clean is different. While at our stay, our room trash wasn’t taken out and our sheets/towels weren’t changed unless asked which I thought was odd compared to other hotels but that’s no problem. During the days the sheets weren’t changed I would fix them and one day I found a tampon wrapper and holder underneath the bed. I informed the maid of it , she said she would check it out but did not remove it! That was a major issue for me but being it was the holidays I knew other rooms would be limited. Staff is friendly, area is super good for food options, hotel breakfast was okay too, overall everything would have been great if it weren’t for that little cleanliness issue.

Very clean and tidy rooms, dinning area, restrooms. Breakfast was excellent, options for both vegetarian and meat. I had to mention orange juice, it was not like regular concentrated, so fresh and tasty. Overall very good and worth every penny.

Zero stars if there was an option. When we checked in, the first room we were given was not even touched to be cleaned. The beds were unmade and there was old food everywhere. Went to the front desk and got another room. The second room we received reeked of urine. Called the front desk again and it took someone over an hour to get up to our room. They admitted it smelled horrible. They used extremely strong cleaning products which made the bathroom unusable for a while. When we woke up the next morning, the smell of urine came back when the cleaning products wore off. I complained to the front desk again when we checked out but they could care less. Don’t waste your money on this hotel.
