Hi I’m Stephanie Jackson-Harris. I recently had auto repairs by the Collision Center. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They have the most professional staff Rachel especially was very helpful and always willing to help and find information even though I called a lot to get updates about my vehicle. I got my baby back looking spank brand new and they cleaned her up for me. I recommend them for any collision damage they did a phenomenal job because I can’t even tell I had an accident. Overall everyone was helpful and nice plus customer service was awesome. If I ever have any other issues or damage with my vehicle I would definitely call them hands down. Thanks everyone for everything. You’re greatly appreciated.

This place is a million bucks. A great job was done to the body of my car. Everyone is professional and welcoming. And don’t even get me started with Stephanie. She is literally the best. She texted me every other day and kept me updated on my car. She is also very hardworking, kind, funny and supportive. It took a while for a spot to open up for my car, though that was the same at all the places I called. When my car finally got up there, they were extremely prompt and also very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my girlfriend used this business to get our vehicle repaired after an accident.This is by far the best service I have ever had with a body shop in the history of all the shops I’ve ever worked with.There was a gentleman there named Shane he went above and beyond to walk us through the entire process work diligently in hand with our insurance company and help us get set up with a rental car as well.Not only did they make things incredibly easy for us they gave us a incredibly good deal got the vehicle done in a very timely process and also cleaned out our vehicle very nicely for us it was more than we could ask for.I highly recommend this business to friends and family people like Shane are the reason that I will consistently feed my business to places like this.Service: Body & Trim

5 stars is not enough. This place is a solid 7/5. Stephanie and Rachel work in the front office and they are awesome. They vaporize the paperwork and were the epitome of customer service. The people who do the car repairs are actually wizards with mechanical acumen. My car has been fixed quickly and superbly.

Very helpful staff...My tag renewal inspection failed at another location...Was told that need L turn signal light bulb replace...will require to remove front bumper to do it $220. What?? !! Crazy...Came to collision center...Very helpful staff, came out and pulled plastic pin on flex liner from back of bumper and Wawa !!Bulb was visible...he took 3 min to remove and replace the bulb....This place Rocks !!That first inspection place sucked...cheat??Most likely...Do not want to name them...I reported the training issue? to highest level of management for investigation....I have been regular customer there and they have done good job in past ..

A definite 5-star rating! I was referred to Shane & Collision Centers of St. Louis, by my car dealership for some body work.Not only was his entire staff kind and professional every time that I needed to bring my SUV out; Shane was outstanding in communicating and understanding my complex warranty needs.Shane absolutely rocked and expertly repaired three tricky issues with my brand new car: hockey puck marks all over, compliments of a sweet neighbor kid, an impressive 'run in' with a guard station drop arm, and my personal favorite- the deer that ran into the front left side of my car... all of which happened over about a 3 week period.My brand new SUV looks 100% brand new again. I hope that I don't need to visit Shane again, however if needed, I know our vehicles will be in great hands!Service: Body & Trim
