Car Craft Bridgetown never disappoints!!!
I have taken two of my cars to them for body repair and both times have been perfect.
They even clean the inside and detail the car like brand new when you pick your car up from them.
Thanks Tony, and all of the Car Craft staff for a great experience.
I will be back!!!!

I recently took my truck to Car Craft for repairs, and while I was hopeful for a good outcome, I’m quite disappointed with the quality of the paint job. When I picked up my truck today, I noticed several issues that shouldn’t have passed inspection. The paint has visible runs, which suggests it wasn’t applied evenly, and there are also indentations that make the finish look unprofessional. They delayed my pick up pick up day multiple times. As well as, forgetting to put back my door trim back and connecting my mirror, correctly.
I expected a higher level of attention to detail, especially since the paint job is such a noticeable part of the repair. It’s frustrating to spend money and still have my vehicle looking less than its best. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Car Craft based on this experience.
I will change rating once my truck is fixed correctly. Extremely disappointed I have to return my truck.

When I brought my truck in for service I was told it would be two days for the insurance approval and five days for repair service. It was a week and a half before they even submitted the insurance claim, then another two weeks before they had the repair complete. Upon arrival for pickup I noticed that the rear quarter panel had a dent and a bunch of scratches that were not present when I dropped the vehicle. Photos that they took proved that this damage occurred while in their shop and they just tried give us the truck back without acknowledging it happened. They fixed it, of course but all total they had my truck for one month. I will never bring any of my vehicles here for service again. I highly recommend avoiding this business.

Given incorrect payment info when vehicle was dropped off, had to keep calling for updates and unacceptable cleanup afterwards, 1st and 2nd time.

Car Craft Auto Body fixed up my vehicle really well after it had some hail damage, they did a fantastic job and my car looks amazing, my car did have a lot of hail damage so it took them a few weeks but it was well worth the wait, I would recommend this shop to anyone, they did an amazing job on my Chevy Malibu and Madison Kept me informed the entire time, thank you all once again

Car Star Auto Body Bridgeton was absolutely amazing! They handled both of my vehicles that had extensive hail damage. They were very friendly, kept me informed of all stages of the process and had the repairs done timely. The workmanship was outstanding! I will definitely be referring friends, family and colleagues here for their auto body work!

I like the fact that they did inform me of what was going on with my SUV when it was there in their shop for repairs which ended up being totaled out after being in an accident. There was nothing they could further do.
