I came in here to get my number ported to a different carrier and even though my handset was destroyed, this store really went above and beyond to help a customer who was leaving to a different carrier, and that was extremely helpful.

Mamood has my account all screwed up. Went in on Friday to upgrade my phone and add my husband to my account. My upgrade went ok but he couldn’t transfer anything to the new phone. However adding my husband was a mess. After 2+ hours he just refunded the phone and said he couldn’t do it we would have to go to a store closer to where we live. Apparently he put in the wrong sim color. Here it is Wednesday and my account is still blocked. Still can’t add him to my plan. After all this trouble I’m seriously considering leaving boost. Customer service says they can’t to anything till that refund goes through. Too much hassel for a dang phone.

Today I went into the Bridgeton, Missouri boost mobile as I received texts stating that I needed to get new SIM cards for all 3 of my phones. I went in and spoke with Orlando. I let him know of what I was needing. I showed him the texts I received from Boost Mobile. He then quickly gets three SIM cards out and gives them to me. He then goes on to tell me to call boost and do it over the phone. I sit down and hear that there’s a long hold or wait time to get a hold of someone over the phone. He then sees that I’m not getting to anyone. He was on his phone and watch and getting calls all while this was happening. He finally offered to help once I got a hold of someone and told me to hang up. After that, he did help me accomplish what I was needing.

SCAMMED and charged for a "set up fee" of $20.. Which is only pressing one button. Never did we request him setting up our phone. I know how to push a button. We only were supposed to have a sims card installed. I sent my husband to pick up the sims card and the owner(?) took advantage of my husband's lack of knowledge by sneaking this charge in on his bill. I did tell my husband to drive farther not to go to this store because I had just been lied to by the owner on the phone a week before which cost me a loss of $500 when he conveniently gave me the wrong information. I did not realize he was scamming us until I called the company and found out not one time that I had called but twice he had given us prices that we would have to come into the store and have things done and there is no way around it only to call the actual company to find out these are not things they charge for. Do not under any circumstance go to the store unless you like giving your money away or being taken advantage of.
