Going into the car wash, a woman came out, I guess to guide me in, after I had already gotten in, and she looked like I ruined her day by being there. I drive a Sonata. The wash was mostly good except the whole trunk area looked like it hadn't been touched. Not sure how that didn't get clean, but it was still visibly dirty.

Got to be the worst car wash experience of all time 45 minutes in line two idiot employees doing nothing no explanation about what's taking so long credit card machine out there doesn't work once I get into the wash I don't get the wash I paid for I'm going to dispute the charges on my credit card because I got none of the I bought the most expensive one and I got none of that on my car these people are a rip off

Don't even bother paying for the plus membership you will get the regular car wash anyway. I just to like them because at least they had towels but now they dont even have that. It takes for ever to get in. There is like 4 people working but they don't care about the costumers. Take your business somewhere else trust me you will save a lot of time and money.

$30 for a premium wash that did not even clean very well. Still debris on the windshield and the paint. The vacuums have very low section I tried four of them before giving up and leaving. This is somehow worse than the zips in Ballwin Missouri. Save your money go somewhere else
