I can’t even explain the extent this shop went to figure out a year long issue I had been dealing with my vehicle. After using 3 other mechanic shops (including a Honda Dealership) no one could solve the problem my car was having. Long story short, Big G addressed what appeared to be the presenting issue but after that didn’t fix it, they thoroughly investigated everything at no extra cost and fixed my car/year long headache that cost me thousands of dollars. Not only are they honest but they have been by far the most fair in pricing. Highly, highly recommend!!

I scheduled an appointment for August 19th 8am. I dropped my car off at opening time. My car never even got looked at to figure out if the problem could be fixed. I have had two cars serviced here in the past and the experience was superb. I don't know what has happened, but good customer service was not what I experienced. Customer service and communication should be top priority. I had to call twice to check the status. Heidi was apologetic, but had no valid reason at all of why my car hadn't been looked at at least. Big G checked me in that morning. When I picked my car up he was at the desk. He gave no explanation either. Didn't even acknowledge me. I was one of the first customers there that morning. I don't understand why customers are encouraged to schedule a appointment if the gentlemen will not even have time to look at the car. At least explain that in the process of scheduling. That would have been understandable. Businesses know there work load for the day/week. People's time is valuable. I didn't want to leave a review like this, but I am very disappointed. This was one of the businesses that I bragged to other people about.

The ladies and gentlemen that work here are amazing and they are super friendly and they are on it! I have had my vehicles up here for various reasons several times now and they never disappoint. Their prices are good considering this economy and they explained everything thoroughly to you. I love this place.

Great service and great people. I went to them because they're local to work. Started to take my personal vehicles there as well. This company is very trustworthy. Get's stuff done in a timely matter as well. Had a 1 PM appointment for my son's car needed valve cover gaskets and transmission fluid change had the car back in under 4 hours! Not bad because they had to confirm that those were the issue and had to get the parts ordered. Highly recommend!

For inspections and oil changes they get you in and out with an appointment time. Best at diagnostics and completing the work usually in a day.

Took my 2018 Silverado LTZ with factory 22’s on it in for a wheel alignment. It was a great experience nice people and my truck is rolling straight again. I didn’t have a long wait time either so I would recommend them.
