“I absolutely love this branch!! There is one on my way home from work, but I come to this one by home bc of how friendly all five of the ladies are here.I love that when I walk in they greet me by name, such a welcominging and friendly touch. I am most often assisted by Kelsey or Kayla both woman are so friendly and just on top of their customer service skills.I've often waited in line and watched how these woman assist what I personally think are ridiculous customers. Getting on to them for things out of their control, they just continue to smile and keep their composure, not something you see often anymore.This is the longest I have seen the same set of bankers at this location.I'm sad they will no longer be open on Saturday.Only complaint about this branch is the recent indirect encounter with a very rude gentleman, he wore glasses and was bald. Not sure if he is a manager or corporate, but not very kind and a horrible representation of not only this branch, but PNC.Otherwise ABSOLUTE LOVE THIS BRANCH!!”
