Ordered battery online. Pickup was smooth. What was not smooth was the staff here refusing to change the battery and actively belittling me for “expecting service from an online order”. Autozone is good- just not this location. The St Charles (first capitol) location would be a better place to go.

This is one of the best Autozones in the county! I came in panicked about my push to start key and everyone was so helpful. I initially ran into a driver, but he led me to Tommy and David. Both men were courteous, efficient and had me out the door in five minutes! Thank you guys so much!

Still closed half an hour after the posted opening time. There's about half a dozen people waiting in the parking lot. Phone has no answering machine for me to complain to, so I'm making an angry review. Completely unreliable.

Went in for a battery. Least expensive one for our car is 189$. That's just ridiculous. I feel as all the parts stores are exploiting people on batteries. That same battery was 89$ not long ago. It's not a supply chain issue, it's strait ripping customers off. It's not just auto zone , oriellys is the same way.

I went earlier this week to purchase a new windshield wiper blade but I had one already but didn’t know of it was the right one.Avery didn’t hesitate to check it for me and put it on the while snow was coming down! He did it with a smile! He also removed the damage one and put the new one on

I didn't have to wait too long for customer service. Tonio was helping a customer when I walked in, and acknowledged I was waiting. He told me he would help me as soon as he was finished helping the customer he was already with. When it was my turn, Tonio explored some options to get me what I need at the lowest possible price. I would highly recommend this Autozone location, and ask for Tonio!

I'm so upset because I called this location earlier today to find out if I could get my check engine light looked at that came on in my car & the guy Terry told me I could certainly come in and get it looked at as long as I got here before 9pm. I told him that was great because I didn't get off work until 8pm and now I'm here and Avery is telling me that they don't even do that at night time! This just totally wasted my time and so unprofessional and very inconsiderate!
