Jarmare and Charles H. Took care of me. I highly suggest requesting them. They are veterans and take the job very seriously and will do whatever they can to help. They ask where you want your things. They move quickly as to not waste time. Moved around 70 boxes for me including a lot of furniture. Had a great attitude, worked in the pouring down rain without stopping. Also, absolutely nothing was stolen. Very different from having my stuff stolen from two men and a truck. They both definitely deserve a pay raise. Will be a repeat customer if I move again.

This was my second time using Arch Moving. Patrick, Treyvion, and Chris were efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They even gave me some good advice on positioning furniture in my new apartment! Their help made a daunting task completely stress-free; I cannot recommend them enough.

Had a great experience. These guys are pros. All four movers were courteous, careful and willing to make extra efforts to ensure everything was done right. All in 95-degree weather. Speaking of - Hayden: how about letting these guys wear shorts and Arch t-shirts when the weather is that miserable? I understand the desire to maintain a professional look, but these guys were melting in khakis and collared shirts.
The newer pair in the crew made a few rookie mistakes, and it seems that it would have made more sense to pair each one of them with one of the more experienced guys - Demetrius and Derrion. But overall, they all did a great job (not perfect, but excellent) in handling our stuff and they were FAST! The move was estimated to take 7.5 hours and they got done in 5:45. They would have gotten done in about 5:15, but for my requesting they stick around to help w/ some assembly work. We've moved 4 times in the past nine years (ugh), and this was by far the best mover experience we've had. Thanks, guys.

Arch moving says anything you want to hear to get the business, then won’t follow through as agreed. They altered an agreed upon 3 day move to 2 days with less employees too. Zero wardrobe boxes provided as agreed, employee called first morning and we still didn’t have them next day so my husband called. When movers are still unloading at 2:30am, who were all courteous and hard working individuals, and not everything fit nor could be taken to proper place in new home, it’s frustrating. We had to call Two Men & a Truck who came next day and saved the day with 4 amazing movers. It was the last day b/4 we had to get out of rental when we started movers 5 days ahead of deadline. Management when we called to complain implied workers were milking their hours, how sad as we saw the employees working constantly.

Hayden is unprofessional and would not recommend working for him disappointed in the way he turned the place was a cool place to work but then started making dumb rules and not paying enough 0/10 on his part

The Arch moving crew was amazing!! They were ready to conquer all the items we needed & made it seem like they enjoyed helping people out. They communicated any hipcups or things that didn’t work in places we wanted & had suggestions to try something else. They were flexible with listening to requests. The whole crew was super friendly & personable! I felt very heard with items that needed extreme delicate care. I knew that my belongs were safe with them. It began raining while unloading the truck, but they acted like it was no big problem!! They worked so quick & had great communication amongst themselves to work as a team. I would 10 STAR these guys if I could!! Highly recommend!

I contracted Arch Moving to unload my items to storage and then to move them to my new home. Demetrius and Darian were amazing. They unloaded the truck and packed the storage unit. When I moved into my new home they moved the items and put the in the rooms and downstairs as requested by me. Both were respectful of my items and to me. These two never seem to stop. They were focused and conscientious about this job. I would highly recommend Hayden and these two for any move. Thanks again

Absolute best moving experience I have ever had. Darrion C and Demetrius M were the best!! They were on time, speedy, and truly care about the work they do. They were beyond careful with my stuff and did their best to navigate the obstacles around my complex/ packaging from previous movers. They went above and beyond, even finished way earlier than the quoted time. They told me I would never want to use another moving company after using them, and they are absolutely correct! If I ever move again, I know who I will be calling!

The entire process was simple and seamless! From receiving a quote, having my questions thoroughly answered and the actual move-day. 100/10 experience!!
The move-day was 2/9/2024, unfortunately I forgot the names of the 2 gentlemen who helped move all of my stuff from 1st floor of my initial apartment in South-East MO to to the 2nd floor of my new apartment in North-West St. Louis.
They were efficient & transparent about the entire move-day process. Thank you Arch Moving! I recommend others to use their incredible services, because I know I will in the near future! Thank you!!
