My cats, Ebony and Sophie appreciated the excellent care Dr. Moore provided last week during their first visit on two separate days. Your expertise and warm disposition are well above par, and then some. Your aftercare advice and guidance meant so much. Kevina, Vet Tech also provided excellent care in the examination room. Both of you had the magic touch with my cats that kept them calm and curious; and Hailey the Receptionist provided the warm welcome and answers to my exit questions…you ‘all were so wonderful and make an awesome Vetco team. I commend you on your excellent prices to make it affordable to get needed care...loved the coupon,

They were so nice and understanding! I got there and my puppy had had an accident on the way there so Ashley helped get her cleaned up and she helped me clarify some confusion I had with the website. She was amazing and really cared about my puppy ?

Dr.Kruse and her team were amazing! They were so gentle with my dog during the exam. It’s only been 24 hours since our visit and he is feeling much better already due to the meds and treatment plan Dr. Kruse put Teddy on. I am so grateful and appreciative of the care we received!

I brought my older dog in for an overall exam, some shots and to check up on some persistent bowel problems he’s been having I haven’t been able to fix with switching foods.
When I got there, they got down to the stomach/ bowel issue right away but I noticed…. All he did was listen to my dogs stomach and chest. I think he peeked at his teeth?
I mentioned persistent ear infections that were treatable and his ears weren’t looked at at all, and over all just a head to toe body check wasn’t done. I’m glad they got to the issue he was having, but I’m really upset they didn’t take more time to actually look at my dog.
On the bright side with a coupon it was cheap I guess? Not gonna name drop the vet but they definitely rushed my appointment. It was at 2, the vet got in at 2:05 and I was done by 2:15. Pretty disappointing.

Ashley is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and is very good with my dogs. She goes out of her way to provide excellent care and information.

I thought this was the vet clinic for my fur buddies... Until I described the situation to the tech on the phone ... They stated I needed to go to the big clinic up the street... Due to the severity of my Cane Corso's pain he was vocalizing every time he got up from the laying down position. It was breaking my heart to see him struggle ... I thought he had broken, or fractured his front leg some how. So I rushed him to the emergency veterinarian clinic that Vetco suggested.. and in a few hours he had the medication to help the pain, plus help his arthritis... THANK GOD IT WAS NOT BROKEN .... SO BAD I FEEL THOUGH FINDING OUT IT'S ARTHRITIS. Yes... Even our fur buddies get old same as we do .. arthritis and all... So I walk him a bit more as they say a Bodie in motion stays in motion. Keeps the old bones and muscles in shape I noticed he doesn't get stiff. Not does his arthritis bother him. No medicine now and he is doing fine once again... So the point to this post... Keep walking and playing with our fur buddies keeps us all in shape and helps arthritis stay away... Kinda like an apple a day... Keeps the doctor away... Well .. so they say... Stay safe and have a great fun fur baby day!

Absolutely love the vet! Dr. Moore is incredibly humble, kind, and informative. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and shows genuine care and compassion for every pet. His expertise and gentle approach make visits stress-free and reassuring. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch veterinarian.
