I recently had a package packed and shipped by the UPS store Brentwood location and received excellent service by Scott McKinney and associates. They went above and BEYOND to ensure my customer satisfaction. Customer service was impeccable!

Hate going to this location. Majority of staff is absolutely miserable to interact with (so much so that we'll often drive the extra few miles to go to a different location).
Every time I drop something off, I walk out feeling as if I was supposed to apologize for burdening someone to do their job.
You can tell the people who work here hate their job and want nothing more than to be left alone. They should probably work in a different field that doesn't require them to speak to other humans.
Moral of the story... customer service is a foreign concept. Doesn't exist here.

This place closes at 12 noon on Saturdays, not 2:30 pm. Other than that, it is a good store.

The posted store hours on site and the Google store hours reported here are two totally different things. if it's after 12:30 p.m. I would check that they're open before driving there.

Arrived at 5:30 and store was closed but this is not past their set work hours both online and on their door. Not impressed and actually upset

Neutral rating because I was unable to check this task off my list here today. The hours posted online are incorrect. Closes at noon on Sat, not 2:30 as it states here on Google. A bit frustrating. ?
