Ok so I’m start this review with my original review was much more fun to read. But google doesn’t save drafts!!!! My google review for not saving drafts is zero stars. Life is too fast paced for my creativity to be discarded!!!
However my experience at Ulta was magical!!! Cherrelle did an amazing job with eyebrows!! A wax and a tint! Melanie had excellent suggestions for everything I thought I might want makeup wise and Symone gave me a great makeover.

This was the worst of experience I've ever experienced in my life. Had a hair appointment with someone that was very rude very very disrespectful and didn't want to do my hair or didn't know how to do it. My hair was in worse condition when I left her salon. I hate my hair

I have pcos it’s hard finding foundation so I thought Ulta would be able to help me but I was only shamed and spent 60 bucks on a product I can’t use and they second time nobody was willing to help me,one sales girl told me my skin was 2 times so it would be hard to find anything for me ,?horrible also I was watch like I was going to steal something treated nothing like a customer at all!

I don't know if it's because I live in STL Mo. I went to Ultra looking for a product. I google it and it said Ultra carried it, sadly they don't. Other than that Ultra carries all your beauty needs.

I booked an impromptu “root touch-up” appointment yesterday. Right off the bat, Mason was so warm and welcoming. I have a full head of highlights with a lot of regrowth at the roots and some grey mixed in. We discussed what I was hoping to achieve, and he made it happen. I absolutely LOVE the results, Mason!!!!

The first picture is what I went into the salon with. I have a really bright blonde accent piece and I just wanted the accent piece to have the Root touched up. The second Picture Is the inspiration picture. I wanted the whole accent piece to be really white.. The last two pictures are what I walked out with… I was so upset and let my stylist know that I didn’t like it at all. It looked extremely dark, and I hated it. I let her know that it came out way darker than the inspiration picture I had showed her. The only thing they could do for me was they told me to go Buy a clarifying shampoo and wash it multiple times and it should be the color of the inspiration picture if I wash it multiple times… So not only did I have to pay for a hair service that was nothing like what I wanted. I also had to spend additional money to come back and wash my hair multiple times tonight To hopefully make it not look so dark. Honestly, I’m just really upset and I tried to Let it be known that I really did not like my hair at all… The fact that the only thing they could do for me was have me spend more money so I can try and fix it. Myself was honestly just a lot and I’m just very disappointed.. you would think if this was something I have to pay more money for and go home and fix they would at least provide the clarifying shampoo to fix it

This store typically has their shelves stocked pretty good except for what I needed today they were out of. I have noticed that for their Red Carpet gel nail products they usually do not keep these stocked very well. I normally have to go online and order them. Usually there are sales associates always coming up to see if you need help. I think maybe today I was just there at a busy day or they were a littleshort staffed. If you shop her often, make sure you sign up with your email. You will often get emails with discounts and on your birthday you get to choose a gift. You also accumulate points per how much you spend and then you get discounts once you reach a certain level. For my birthday I chose the Opaplex Hair sampler. I just love samplers where you can try out a product and not purchase the full thing until you know that you like it.

Made a blowout appt a week in advance.. got a text one hour before appt that i was cancelled. Said they were "trying" to get in touch w me. Had my phone w me all day. Things happen I get it but a little notice would have been nice.

I couldn't find what I was looking for since the store is so huge, and everyone was really lovely and didn't give up until they found the two products that I was looking for. At the cashier they were also very nice. The store is super neat, everything is in order and clean, and with a great variety of products and price ranges. I will definitely go back here whenever I need anything :)
