Thorough identity check
Everyone who went with me had their ID checked. I can't eat it without it
Jack Daniel's Apple 500ml costs $14. Very cheap
However, beer is expensive. Six bottles of Asahi cost over $10.
There is a lot of variety and the store is clean.

Extremely knowledgeable wine experts. I can go in with a general idea of what I want and have the perfect bottle in my hands in about 2 minutes if I ask the staff. This is a huge store you could wander forever, but if you just ask, you can be in and out with everything you want in 10 minutes or less. Love it. They're also the most helpful in customer service that I've ever had as a handicapped person. They've reached things on high shelves, carried my basket, checked me out at the customer service desk instead of the narrower checkout aisles, and even loaded my car. Of course it's important here since their inventory is very breakable and expensive, and I'm a bit of a hazard, lol, but their kindness and service is so above and beyond its unreal. And they were just as great before I had any disabilities too.

Honestly never seen such hospitality and helpfulness at a store before. These employees act as if there getting paid $100 dollars an hour A+ guys keep it up.

I frequently shop at this location. Never had any issues always greeted, helped when needed, etc. Customer service has always been great. But I’m guessing today Edward wine supervisor of 6 years had a bad day. There’s nothing wrong with saying you’re welcome after someone says thank you.
He could use some additional customer service training…..
