Staff member was very friendly and art for sale was beautiful and reasonably priced. But the furniture seemed overpriced. For a specific example, they had white cabinet with glass doors. I recognized it as I have the same one in my own home and it’s from IKEA. They had a price tag on it for $100 more than buying directly from IKEA.

I called this business looking for a sofa sleeper. The owner informed me that they had a Blu Dot sofa sleeper in stock and that it was $1,200.00. I asked if it was a traditional or modern style sofa, and the owner said she did not know because she had never pulled it out. I informed her that I would come by to check it out. I arrived within the hour. She was helping another customer when I arrived and I kindly waited. When she asked if she could help me, I informed her that I was the one who had called about the sleeper sofa, to which the owner said, "Oh, here it is." I walked over to begin examining it and in less than a minute, I turned around to ask a question and she had disappeared. I waited, and discovered that the owner is now talking to the previous customer. When the owner noticed me standing there, she asks if I have any questions. I state that I'd like to pull the sofa out to see the sleeper. She states, "Oh, I can't do that." Well, how am I to examine if if I can't pull it out? She goes into a mantra of, "This furniture would have to be moved, there's not enough room to even let it out. No one has asked in five years to see it..." I ask why she had not let me know over the phone that I would not be able to see it. She just kept repeating the same excuses that didn't make sense and saying that she was sorry....For what it's worth, I have never written a negative online review. But this bizarre experience was too much!

Poor business model. Sent photos, measurements of item interested in consigning as instructed by associate.. No response, not even a 'not interested. '

So happy that I found The Refind Room. I was looking for a couch and some other pieces in my furniture hunt. I stumbled upon a very nice large couch that I loved and the price was perfect! Before I discovered The Refind Room, I had looked at Weekends Only Furniture. I was shocked they wanted so much for low quality furniture. I am a young professional who is on a budget, but I love nice things! So in came The Refind Room. I actually found them through a Google search and went as soon as they opened. The lady working in the store (I didn't catch her name, but she was so nice to me) helped me with my questions and recommended a mover for my couch. The company she recommended was awesome! I'm so in love with my couch. I am going to come back soon once I get a little more money saved up so I can get some of that amazing artwork!!
