Highly unhelpful and i would avoid this agent at all cost. They are highly anti-customer and advised to take the claim money and keep it and his name is Jason. Most agents act as if they are doing you a favor

Rose is the agent who I have worked with from the beginning. She is incredibly professional, and works until she gets things done. She helped me follow through with my former insurance company who was trying to pull one over on me. She caught mistakes and called to tell me. She always left a voicemail. She is persistent and knows how to help someone through issues like a friend.
