This location is not truck driver friendly unlike other PB’s they are so rude to drivers they think driver will steal mails when you get in the warehouse. Or you gona spread some kind if suckness to them..

Decent people to deal with but the yard is small to get backed into the dock with a big truck and be patient with them they have a set schedule they work on

Maybe I'm partial because my son works there but he loves it and the people are great. I went to the work picnic and was given a tour. They seem to provide a cool and friendly work place for their people. Everyone was friendly and went out their way to make me feel welcome.

Dont waste your time with this company they will let your unauthorized employees sign up for 3 year lease & then I'm left paying for something we never needed. They will not work with you....again do not waste your time!

I have been dealing with an issue for months now and have not been able to speak to a qualified person to fix it yet. I wait on hold for 30 minutes and then someone answers and transfer me to another 30 minute hold line without hearing me out fully or even trying to help. Customer Service sucks. They are trying to bill me for something I never received nor ever wanted and no one that I have spoken to over these months have been able to resolve the issue yet they keep sending me the bill. Aggressive salespeople starting accounts without your final approval or approval at all for that matter.
