My sick cat needed prescription cat food and 2 employees helped me find the right food and checkout through the vet area of Petco. It could not have been easier.

After reading some of the reviews I now understand my own frustrations. We brought our dog in for vaccinations. After we made everyone aware that he had a bad experience at another location we assumed that would make the process smooth. The assistant was great and made our dog feel comfortable. After the vet came in, he mishandled our dog which led to him being startled and he snapped at him. The vet brushed it off and said "it happens all the time". He then gave our dog his shots, we paid, and left. Over TWO hours later, we get a call saying they were reporting the incident to Animal Control and we had no say-so, nor opportunity to see the vet's injury (if any) nor a face to face conversation. After waiting for a manager's follow up TWO DAYS LATER, we were met with combativeness and more unpleasantries. This negative could have easily been turned into a positive but nothing was done to rectify the situation and further confirms the notion not to go to chain locations for these services as the care and customer service level is absolutely gone.

Great selection and I saw things that I wanna pick up next time I go!Staff was personable and informed about products. Checkout was fast and a friendly chat as well.

Parking and traffic are the absolute worst nightmare here. It's a very busy area. The store was dirty and the animals I saw could use some TLC . cashier was soo very rude to my son and I.

I came into this store to buy 1glofish on Dec 30th 2023. One of the staff by the fish ask me what size tank I had and my response was 10 gallon with 6 Glofish already in the tank. She proceeded to go talk to the manager. My husband and I told her what we needed and she refused to our purchase. I ask her to explain why and no reasonable explanation was given. We have never experienced this type of Rude behavior. I have made a complaint against this store and will Never come back. I believe this was a racist act.

Friendly customer service, Nice area of the City to pick up your pets needs. It's also convenient that they have a Pretty solid Group in their Veterinary office. A little smaller than some others. Yet still has a good variety of pets and pet goods.
