This is one of the best locations of PBT I have been to! The salon is always so clean and very welcoming. Shelby is my absolute fave! She always has the best product recommendations to make me my bronzed best and has the best vibe. I always look forward to seeing her whenever I need some self care.

I’ve been with palm beach for a few years now and this last year I started coming to the Brentwood location. Jessica and Kayla are literally the best. They’re so helpful and informative. They helped me multiple times maximize my tan while not killing the bank. I really enjoy seeing these girls everyday along with getting my tan!

Kayla, is the best. Who doesn’t love a smiling face to greet you. Followed with caring conversations. It’s more than a tan for me. It’s therapy too. But I stay because they are smart and kind with helpful suggestions. Like I said. They care.

Kayla, who had a manager badge on, was very kind. I came in to (unfortunately) cancel my membership and she was lovely. She offered me a $7 a month holding option, where the money can be used as credit for future months. I declined, but it was a good option and she wasn’t pushy about it. Professional and thorough ??

I always have a great experience at the Wentzville location ... all the girls are friendly and knowledgeable about the tanning experience... beds are great !!!

The spray tan machine is blowing out cold air, which creates a pretty miserable spray tan experience. After my tan I asked the staff if they were aware of the issue and they said “yes but our manager said it’s not getting fixed”. The customers should be made aware of faulty machines before their tan. I would have gotten a different tan or drove to an alternate location had I known that was the case. Very poor experience.

Very expensive to get a tan here. Employees keep pushing you to buy a monthly membership for over $100 a month. I won't go back.

This place has confusing and terrible policies. When it became Palm Beach Tan, I was told I had to buy a monthly membership, no more purchasing of 1 time tans allowed. The monthly membership is expensive, but I do value the convenience of the location so I complied. In 2022 the location closed for renovations. I called the Hampton location and asked to cancel my membership. They said I cannot cancel over the phone, it must be in person. But my location is closed! So I kept my membership, which went unused until they reopened. When they reopened, their policies were ever changing. Some staff will ask you to show your eyewear in order to be allowed to use the membership you paid for. Others will require you to show your eyewear and salon lotion in order to use your membership. Others don't mention it at all. The last time I went in Staff told me that a woman at the Wildwood branch used an unapproved lotion and tried to cheat the system. Her lotion broke the acrylic on the tanning bed and she "fell through". WHAT!?!? Look ladies, if there is an additive in some lotions that causes a tanning bed to crack so severely, that your body falls through and hits the piping hot tanning light bulbs, the whole practice of laying in a tanning bed should be outlawed due to the immediate risk of personal harm (as opposed to the long term risk of personal harm that already exists). Zero Stars. If you want your customers to follow rules, clearly state what the rules are with emails, signage, text message, and staff consistency.Service: Tanning

This location has the rudest assistant manager I have ever dealt with. I go to other locations and never feel as bad as I do when I leave this one.This location will push you to buy lotion or whatever every time you go in- mind you I already have expensive lotion from them and face lotions and everything else.Today Montana again tried to push a lotion sale ( even through yesterday I had said no- I’m all good)I finally had enough and I said “ I need you guys to stop pushing lotion on me every time I come into tan- no other location does this to me every time I come in” she immediately copped an attitude and said “ you can go to other locations and went off on a rant.As I sat in the tanning bed I’m getting more upset for you me that an employee thought it was appropriate to say that to a guest etc - so as I come out I ask to speak with her again and say “ are you always this rude to people? “ she said your rude every time you come in- this is not true- I’m sick or being pushed to buy products EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME IN - she literally always looks annoyed and bothered every time I come in. I did say something I regretted as I was leaving but I was furious- never in my life have I had an employee at a business talk to me like this.I have called the corporate office and plan on only using this location when I have to.If I was the owner of this place I would be mortified- not only will I never buy lotion at this location($200) it’s strongly making me want to cancel my membership- every other Palm beach tan i use has the nicest employees so not sure what to do yetService: Tanning

Very disappointing. I used to go 4-5 times pre vacation. I went to do so and was told I had and outstanding bill for services (a time period) I did not use, after I said the $60 for that I thought fine I only have a few minute so I'll just get a single tan and move on. They charged me $30 and told me it was just a so so bed and I could only go 1/2 the available time which I was told was and FDA thing.....Could be true. But I've never been told that before. My husband also went that day and he was told he couldn't tan without a "plan" and he did get one as he had a line behind home and just wanted to tan He has to pay for 2 months and can only cancel in person on the 25th of the month otherwise he would get charged for the next month. Let's just say I won't be back. It all felt very shady nickel and dimey.

From my past experience at many other tanning salons, this specific location has one of the best customer service groups ever. They really know how to talk to people and are very kind hearted and understanding of their customers. I will be coming here a lot more. You have now became a favorite in my heart.Services: Tanning
