Ok this is gonna be a long one. Sooo I was scared from a young age. I actively avoided going to clothing stores because of it. The idea of going to one would instantly send me into a panic attack. Fun right... So come a situation where I need new clothes for an important event and my only available option was pay over 250 for 1 day delivery or go to a store. Y'all can guess what I picked. Soo I go in and I'm mentally freaking out, but! A worker helped me out, I wasn't degraded or made fun of she even helped me pick a cute top to go with the pants. Past bad experiences aside I'm grateful. They made what usually was an uncomfortable experience tolerable it was nice. And yes I got the job so ty lady who helped me. I will 100% shop here again!

My sister and I went to the store in brentwood on the promenade. It was really a good experience. My sister is a handfull and the staff handled all her needs and all her questions beautifully. The manager was especially helpful and never seemed to get bothered by everybody asking her something. The entire time we were there.

I was visiting St. Louis and needed to get an item. I was able to shop with ease and check out quickly. The young lady who assisted me was so friendly and even gave me tips on how to care for my bra.... and my husband too lol!!!

I had a event on Saturday I couldn't find my shapewear thank you to the beautiful brown Queen who saved me found exactly what i needed from size to color to price you're Amazing!!!??❤️

The bra fitting wasn't done properly. The size didn't fit and I went somewhere else and was given the proper size. The options for bras are fabulous but not getting the proper size information doesn't help

Wish I could give zero stars.Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered.The first time this happened I gave them the benefit of the doubt—as I know working retail can be rough—and everyone can have a bad day. I was too kind, they are like this every single time I go into this location.I’m always polite but it doesn’t matter—they act bothered by customers. And I’m usually just picking up an order from online, not asking them to do a whole lot to assist—they still act like you’re putting them out.It’s sad when you’d rather drive further away to another location just to not have to deal with the staff at Brentwood Promenade.

I have been a loyal Lane Bryant shopper for years and worked in retail management for several years, so i am very patient and understanding when it comes to retail workers, however, when I walked in, I was not greeted by anyone despite a worker being at the front of the store folding tops. I was attempting to look at some pants behind the employee and said "excuse me" politely as I tried to look. She seemed very annoyed and did not want to get out of the way, did not offer to help me and in fact did not acknowledge me in any way. I found several items and walked around the store with my hands full for a long time with no one speaking to me or offering me a fitting room. I finally went to the register where 3 employees were standing and talking to each other. After being briefly ignored they asked if I was ready to check out. I said I would like to try on and one woman asked another to get me a fitting room. She rolled her eyes, walked me to the room and said "you're in here" and walked away. No one checked on me in the fitting room and no one offered to help me when I was wandering around in my socks and store merch searching for other sizes. On top of that, racks were packed so full that they were unshoppable and despite this fact, there were typically only 2 sizes available in each item. When i asked if other sizes were in the back i was told the those items were old and only new items were in back. It was not offered to order an item or check another location. One of the worst shopping experiences that I have had at a Lane Bryant location. I will stick to South County from now on.

Showed up to the store before closing hours but they had already "shut down the registers" and were just locking the door. I called to let them know, I'm literally outside, just saw you locking these and hours of operation still say open, to no avail. Apparently they close before closing hours all the time and all they could say was. Once the registers are closed, we can't open them until opening for the day.. doesn't explain why they they were shut down before closing. Ugh. Drove 20min to that store.

Going in I knew it was more than I wanted to spend but I could have persuaded. But you have to be acknowledged for that to happen. Customer service no longer exists. I just left.
