“So happy that I found The Refind Room. I was looking for a couch and some other pieces in my furniture hunt. I stumbled upon a very nice large couch that I loved and the price was perfect! Before I discovered The Refind Room, I had looked at Weekends Only Furniture. I was shocked they wanted so much for low quality furniture. I am a young professional who is on a budget, but I love nice things! So in came The Refind Room. I actually found them through a Google search and went as soon as they opened. The lady working in the store (I didn't catch her name, but she was so nice to me) helped me with my questions and recommended a mover for my couch. The company she recommended was awesome! I'm so in love with my couch. I am going to come back soon once I get a little more money saved up so I can get some of that amazing artwork!!”

“In searching for the just the right bathroom lighting fixture with the correct brilliance to replace a 35 year old unit, Kolby Lubker, Lighting Specialist was the right salesman at the right time. After describing my dilemma he seemed to know exactly what I needed. He showed me an example with a variety of brilliance settings. I purchased two and replaced the old units. The new lights were perfect. My wife was elated and that was all that I needed to hear. Thank you for a Job Well Done!”
“What a great place to shop for secondhand furniture!! Their selection is nicely curated and displayed, and they have a good variety of pieces. The staff is very friendly and welcoming - I forgot to bring my own tape measure and they very kindly let me borrow one. We found a little loveseat at a terrific price that will be perfect for our living room. One of the staff helped us load it into our vehicle. I plan on going back for any future furniture needs and would definitely recommend this place!”
“I ordered a recliner in May 2025. It arrived with many defects: scratches in the leather, a gouge and dark spot in the leather, cushion didn’t stay in place., reclining mechanism was very stiff. I took photos and called the national customer service department. Right away the representative said they would order a replacement chair which was delivered today. No issues with the new chair. I’m very pleased with their customer service and their delivery service which was excellent. My only issue is the quality of the leather which is not as good as my Lazy Boy recliner right next to it.”
“I may couldn’t purchase the things I wanted in the grocery section but I did spend my Christmas gift card on A personal item ; such as A handheld fan for church. Target has always had great employees in this store, they do help you without asking.”
