830 Hanley Industrial Ct, Brentwood“I didn't catch this woman's name, but I think I may have just experienced the best customer service I've ever had in my life.
So, I walk in with purpose, and I'm staring at the imported chocolate bars. Looking for a Lion bar, and not seeing one. (These are good but not popular, a perfectly understandable thing to be out of.)
Enter our protagonist. This woman with long silver hair appears, clocks that I'm A.) looking for a specific candy and B.) not seeing it. I didn't get the woman's name, but I'd probably cast Jane Lynch to play her in a movie. Maybe Jaime Lee Curtis. Main character energy, is what I'm trying to say.
She springs into action, asks what I'm looking for, runs a scan, and I can see her becoming an expert on Lion bars in real time. She tells me she'll look in a recent shipment.
I continue my shopping, staying close to the candy out of courtesy. I notice a Lychee candy I like and pick it up.
Our hero reappears, with news from the back. It's not in the shipment, she says, but she has an idea. She then says some... World Market jargon that I didn't quite follow, but the gist is that there are more places to check.
She disappears again, this time for longer. I continue my shopping, confident she can find me anywhere in the store. And sure enough, she re-emerges.
"It's not on any palette. I ran the numbers, did a (more World Market jargon), and the last order was in April. The good news is, we CAN still order it, and we WILL order it." She then gave me detailed instructions as to when I could reasonably expect to see some Lion bars. All this was said and done with a smile and the utmost courtesy.
I thank this person for their time, and as she turned to go a final time, I noticed that she did all of this - with a walking boot on.
This employee ran around World Market, checked in the back not once, but twice, for a candy bar, all with a walking boot on. I was floored.
I did what anyone would do, and immediately texted a friend the entire interaction. My friend's response, "you met a videogame protagonist." Yep. Sounds about right.
Lion bars are good, but honestly nothing makes my day like someone going above and beyond like that.
I can't imagine there are too many silver-haired employees running around World Market with a walking boot, so if you read this - I encourage you to print it out and bring it with you next raise discussion. Because wow, are you exceeding expectations.”
“What a great place to shop for secondhand furniture!! Their selection is nicely curated and displayed, and they have a good variety of pieces. The staff is very friendly and welcoming - I forgot to bring my own tape measure and they very kindly let me borrow one. We found a little loveseat at a terrific price that will be perfect for our living room. One of the staff helped us load it into our vehicle. I plan on going back for any future furniture needs and would definitely recommend this place!”

8404 Eager Rd, Brentwood“The store and they're affiliated store, Marshalls and TJ Maxx are my guilty pleasure. I love just roaming through the isles looking for something unique and different. They have plenty to offer, pretty much anything that you would need as a gift. Their candle aisle is superb. If you were ever looking for a gift and you have no idea what to get, this is your place to shop. You can always find a good deal and they have several clearance racks as well. Spread throughout the store. Need a gift bag, they got you covered. Tons of $.99 large shopping bags to choose from at the front checkout aisle. The workers here are always very helpful.”
“So happy that I found The Refind Room. I was looking for a couch and some other pieces in my furniture hunt. I stumbled upon a very nice large couch that I loved and the price was perfect! Before I discovered The Refind Room, I had looked at Weekends Only Furniture. I was shocked they wanted so much for low quality furniture. I am a young professional who is on a budget, but I love nice things! So in came The Refind Room. I actually found them through a Google search and went as soon as they opened. The lady working in the store (I didn't catch her name, but she was so nice to me) helped me with my questions and recommended a mover for my couch. The company she recommended was awesome! I'm so in love with my couch. I am going to come back soon once I get a little more money saved up so I can get some of that amazing artwork!!”
“The customer service at this location is exceptional. The sales associate who helped us was insightful, knowledgeable about the store's wide selection of lighting, and found the perfect fixture for our space. Thank you Tamera I!”
“We built our new home and furnished the first floor with all new pieces from Arhaus. I worked with Hannah Greene to create exactly what we wanted. Given the house wasn't completed yet, it was hard to figure out what would look best in the space. Hannah took the specs and used her magic design capabilities to select the perfect pieces for us. She laid them out with her software package and I had a complete visual of how everything would look. It was perfect!
When the furniture arrived, she was there to inspect each piece and make sure there were no issues. If she found a scratch, it was marked to get fixed or returned. Hannah helped with the layout and even worked with me to select the accessories to bring it all together.
The whole team at Arhaus is amazing. I've also worked with Jeremy who recently helped me select some new art pieces to go on the walls. One piece came in damaged and he took care of it immediately.
The concierge service is incredible. Problems that have come up are addressed very quickly. They are professional and the focus is on customer service.
I would highly recommend Arhaus and specifically the team at the Brentwood location. Thank you for making our new house into a home.”
“A quick stop to check it out and see if they have any good tshirts on clearance and yes, they do. I managed to find a new Beatles tshirt that will get worn this evening. Yay! The store has electronics, home decor, toys, sporting good, automotive, lots of housewares and kitchenwares, greeting cards, personal care, over-the-counter medications and pharmacy items. Self-checkout worked fine. [Review 590 of 2024 - 293 in Missouri - 21621 overall]”
“I shopped here because I needed a few items. I liked it because it was convenient (near a Metrolink station),my items were easy to find and checkout was a breeze”
“Great prices!!! The sales people were very helpful and able to answer my questions, the movers had my new couch in my apartment and assembled in less than 10 minutes. Definitely recommend!!!”
