Spent $110 for a package to be overnighted, and arrive by 10:30 am the next day.
Package did it not arrive, and the records say it’s still at the Brentwood store. I called and they have to research it to figure out where it’s at.
The package contains time sensitive items that I needed there today.
Do not ship anything time sensitive from the Brentwood FedEx.
Have had good experiences from the store in Creve Coeur (ballas rd).

The staff at this location are very kind and helpful - they genuinely care about their customers. I would like to thank Angel in particular for troubleshooting my complicated shipping situation and for being patient throughout the process. I did not feel like I was being rushed or I was imposing by asking for their help and advice. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the assistance I needed. I can't say enough good things about Angel and this FedEx Center in general!

Really nice experience at this location. They are prompt with printing needs. I also made a mistake and the manager fixed it for me without any hassle. Very good customer facing!!!

Customer service was lousy. I could have been there earlier, but the intentional, ignoring of someone asking for a modicum of help is unfortunate for a company of this size and magnitude. Hire better.

I dropped my iPhone off here sending it back to Apple, and Apple got the box but it was empty. 1000% either someone at this store stole it, or a FedEx employee somewhere along the line. I'll never ship from here again.

Customer service was horrible in Brentwood. They wouldn't help me to print up a label .Half hour waiting. .Going back to Office Depot where they respect the elderly.

The staff here went above and beyond to help me out and made the entire process smooth and easy. For what it's worth I'm in Texas and was trying to get some large format prints in a rush for a colleague who is currently working in their area. In my rush to get these prints in time I sent the wrong file, once I realized it I got ahold of them and they were very understanding and accommodating and made sure I was still able to get the prints in the time frame I needed. My colleague said they looked great and they had a great experience at the store. I especially want to thank Kate who was the main contact through this and was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

I was ignored by the black woman behind the counter after she just helped a customer. The other representative did help me with my package. I was just in shock as the initial customer service was not there but the other lady who was not like the former was respectful.

I visited the Fedex to ship my bicycle to Canada. Mika helped us and she was amazing! She spent time to fulfill our need and was very respectful. With a big smile and positive attitude, I am pretty satisfied with everything she did for us. I highly recommend visiting this location and ask for Mika to do your business.

They need to monitor the self printers, they allow one person to take up 2 printers at the same time while everyone has to wait and the customer service couldn’t care less about helping or telling people that it’s one person.

Store Manager Justin has goes above and beyond each time I visit. He is patient, takes time to explain the process. He possesses a level of customer service I have not seen.

Trying to be respectful, but Beth is SOMETHING ELSE! She is an older woman and her tag said In Training. She saw me standing in line, the only one in front of her register, looked dead at me and said Oh she's over there. I assumed she was referring to the other representative who had 5 people in her line. I asked the other representative if I should be in her line and she said No Beth could help me. Beth called for a lady in the back of the long line who had a big box to come over to her, assisted her, and answered her questions. I still waited, with my 2 packages. I asked if she was going to help me and she said she gets gets off work at 5. Then she had major attitude, asking me repeatedly for my information saying she can't hear. Trying not to take it personally but I did nothing but walk in the store expecting the same quality service I usually get. And I could care less when she has to be off workBe off work then.Whydid you help someone else then?Racist much?
