My printer at home stopped working. Needed work printed in a hurry. I was warmly greeted and quickly helped. Very pleased and met my deadline.

Really nice experience at this location. They are prompt with printing needs. I also made a mistake and the manager fixed it for me without any hassle. Very good customer facing!!!

I was ignored by the black woman behind the counter after she just helped a customer. The other representative did help me with my package. I was just in shock as the initial customer service was not there but the other lady who was not like the former was respectful.
