Printing out photos for my wedding; super stressed and the ladies working were so nice, thoughtful and you could tell they enjoyed what they were doing. The one who helped me even suggested using a straight edge cutter that was there (I didn't know about and it) made my life 10 times easier and so much faster than cutting by hand. Thank you for making a mundane task enjoyable

I was just here to drop a return to Aerie that now asks you to drop it off directly to fed ex. Their machines for printing out this sort of label yourself were out of order so I had to wait in a line over at the ship center (far counter.) I waited about 5-8 minutes. Once it was my turn it went quickly. I question whether I should have just created a label myself at home and paid the postage back myself. I'm not blaming this store or the employees but there has to be an easier way, right?

The store is very unreliable and keeps changing the hours daily to weekly where it arrived at the store and there's three different ending times on the store door and website is not updated to let you know when the stores open and closed

I need to give good praises to Kathleen of the Brentwood store. We went in two days before my wedding to print programs on stationary I had bought. The size I wanted to print (5x7) wouldn't have been able to be used so she went ahead and crafted a whole new header on the card stock at Fedex for me. She went above and beyond and had the whole process done within one morning! Amazing customer service!

Awful. Rude. Lazy staff. Wouldn't take a passport photo and told us to take our own....

I'm so done with fedex. Also employees at this location are unable to answer questions, can't take responsibility for lost packages, get attitudes. Its UPS from here on out.

I stopped in to ship a few things this evening. I got up to the counter where Richard was working; I have visited this location multiple times over the last couple years, and the majority of the time I have had Richard healthy. He has always seemed very pleasant and has been very helpful. However tonight he caused me to leave there in tears. Richard asked me if I had a shipping account to which I replied but I wasn't sure. His response was that it should be pretty obvious, and I told him I understand but it's a new business and it's been a while since we have shipped anything. Instead of looking up the business in the system or instead of simply proceeding as if I didn't have an account and using my license, he kept pushing. I explained again that I set up, and that I wasn't sure because we haven't used it in a while. Then he told me it wasn't rocket science. I said I didn't appreciate being spoken to like that, and he told me I wasn't going to tell him what he could or couldn't say. I asked if the manager was there, and he said no, and then I politely picked up my things and said I would wait for the the other person to help me. He laughed and as I was stepped back to wait in line, he slides my post I left to the edge of the counter and says, "Here you go, Karen." I asked again to please not speak to me in that way. He then told me he felt uncomfortable and unsafe and he wanted me to leave his store. I said that I have felt uncomfortable the moment he told me it wasn't rocket science and this whole thing has made me uncomfortable. As I waited in line, he starts picking up boxes people and dropped off. And each time, I can tell he looks at me, though I'm not making eye contact with him, and he laughs in a taunting manner. Once I finally got up to the other gentleman, Richard continues to interject into the transaction between me and this new gentleman. I finally asked Richard to please let us handle this as I already said I didn't want to work with him. Then he called me a racist. At this point I was able to start filming. I questioned how this turned into something about race. I said I didn't want to work with him because he was being rude and disrespectful to me. Told me I kept interrupting him and said that I had preventing him from speaking and that he had tried to rectify the situation but I wouldn't leave it alone. When I questioned him on how in prevented him from rectifying the situation - mind you, the other gentlemen is getting my transaction taken care while this is happening - and I questioned what I stopped him from saying that would make the rocket scientist comment and calling me Karen ok in anyway, he had nothing to say. A customer walk in at this point, and was in front of Richard, there are also, several customers throughout the store and 4 other total employees besides Richard, I questioned Richard again how this is a race thing and that if you're disrespectful, you're disrespectful, it doesn't matter who you are, and there's nothing wrong with wanting to remove myself from the situation. As this man is yelling at me, verbally accounting me, after he'd be bullying me by taunting me as I waited, not a single employee stepped forward to assist. I wasn't told to leave because I did nothing wrong. But no one even came over to see what was going on or to tap Richard out, which then makes me question if Richard is like this to everyone, even employees, and/or if this behavior is tolerated by FedEx. Either way, the manager is getting spoken to tomorrow, corporate is getting contacted, as well as the BBB, and people will have my recording and I assume they have a store recording as well to catch the first half. 0 out of 10 - would not recommend Richard.

I asked them before I brought in an oversized package what the maximum length of an item would be that they could send out. They told me as long as it didn't exceed 150", they would be able to send it out in a custom made box. Great! Not so great after all. After I lugged it in, they proceeded to tell me that they would only build the box if I had my company account number with me right at that very second because it would take too much time, and they didn't want to do it. Otherwise, it would have to wait until tomorrow. When I told them that I didn't know if I would be able to get the number in time, they proceeded to mansplain to me how to do my own job from when they "worked in an office," which frankly, made me upset, as we were just trying to meet a deadline for a client of ours. I finally got ahold of one of my lovely coworkers who told me the account number. They told me they could make my custom box! Hooray! So I spent the next 20 minutes giving them all of my shipping info. After all of that, they told me "Yes, we can build the box, but we can't ship it out, so you will still have to take it back with you." Why the heck would I want to waste my time and money having them build a box for me only to not ship it out at all? I asked if they could explain why the size wasn't an issue before I brought it in but now it suddenly was. The other worker then yelled "Just show her the math because she doesn't get it." I'm sorry, but you're right. I don't understand how something that is over 50 inches shorter than your maximum length suddenly isn't able to ship out. Frustrated, I then asked for other shipping recommendations, and they were extremely short with me. I asked where I would even get a box of this size, and they, once again, mansplained to me how there are "actually real life stores that sell boxes you know?" As if I had never purchased a box before in my life. It was very clear to me that both of the workers were just looking to leave as soon as possible instead of trying to help me with my problem, as if I didn't have problems of my own trying to ship this out on a deadline. I'm sorry that this is a little outside of the box, but don't tell me that you can accommodate my shipping needs and then back down, completely wasting my time. So if you have a "complicated" shipping item, I would avoid this FedEx at all costs because clearly, their workers are not interested in helping you with your shipping needs.
