Dale Carnegie high impact presentation course brought out the best in me by teaching me to focus on the audience rather than myself.
when i first started the class, my perception was that it was all about me and my abilities, but the training showed me that it's really about connecting with the audience and delivering valuable content. I am proud to have learned this valuable skill and i highly recomend this training to anyone looking to improve or polish their presentation skills.

This class changed me for the better. It is an experience that is unlike any other in that it's a lot of work, but the rewards far outweigh the discomfort in stretching yourself! Amy, Chris, Xiaolu, and Lanny were, in a word, wonderful! If you are wondering if you should take it, wonder no more...just do it!

I took my first Dale Carnegie class (the Selling Skills Class) back in 1978, and I can honestly say that taking this class turbocharged my sales and sales management career. The class taught me to have a plan and follow my plan in the most effective way. The class taught me to provide effective introductions, meeting purposes, handle objections, and how to close. But, most importantly, it taught me how to identify and follow through on the needs of my prospects so that they became customers. I can't thank the Dale Carnegie classes enough!!
And, even though I'm retired now from my sales career, I still participate in the Dale Carnegie classes; they're that good.
