I may just shop more in this store, instead of shopping online, just because of how fantastic Lauren is!! Rarely do you find excellent customer service anymore. Lauren deserves a raise:)”

“Wide open and clean, for the most part. The bathroom was pretty much out of toilet paper and I did mention it to the person up front but they didn't really seem to care. It was pretty dead in there, but there were fewer roller grill options than I was expecting. I had my dog with me and I usually like to pick up a hot dog for him but they only had some older ones.”

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible pharmacy team at the Walgreens on Brentwood. Both of the ladies working tonight (Friday 6/13 around 8:30 pm) were so genuinely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to correct an issue I had experienced at a different Walgreens location, and I left feeling truly cared for.

One of the women who helped me was named Patty, and as soon as I heard her voice, I realized she’s helped me several times before. Every single time, she has provided a positive experience—whether over the phone or in person while assisting with a complicated prescription. She is consistently kind, professional, and thoughtful—qualities that feel increasingly rare these days.

I didn’t catch the name of the other woman working the drive-thru tonight, but I’m equally grateful for her compassion and willingness to help. Both of these ladies made a real impact on me, and I’m very thankful.
