“We brought in our daughter's apple laptop because it wasn't responding and the battery was having issues. They were beyond professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent 30 minutes with us troubleshooting and even chatted with our daughter on the phone (while she was at school) to teach her how to save space on her laptop so it would function better. He was honest, courteous and did not "sales pitch" us (which we truly appreciated). He got her laptop functioning to get her through the end of the school year and we definitely plan on coming back to purchase a new laptop from them for her to take to college next year. So happy we found this place!”

The folks at this store didn't flinch when asked to do it. The Chippewa store had done several music books for me a few years ago, and I was so very pleased with their work! (yahoo is hosting my web and email, and they don't play nicely with outlook). It's been a problem for me for a few months now... “I frequent this place often, if you're able to catch the right stuff you can possibly get a really good deal. I love the fact that you can browse & even purchase on line, especially beings the location isn't ideal for me. They typically are a little short-staffed, but that's to be expected. It blows my mind at how some people go into places such as this expecting to be treated like they are the only people with other things to do, and they demand to get the red-carpet treatment when they are coming in 30 minutes before they close, & are spending $200 on a dishwasher. Hats off to the staff for killing them with kindness. I have never had any issues with my experience here.”

“I'm going to give a four stars because well guy there was pretty meticulous and how you went through people's phones and pretty much let them know what was going bad we just sat in the other and I didn't know they were that complex but anyway I make a long story short he still didn't give the guy you know whose phone was messed up full replacement due to the fact that it was a Apple's fault and how they placed the antennas inside the sides of the phone so anyway make a long story short I don't know if dude you ever get his phone fixed or whatever but I found it very crowded”
