I was going to go to Burlington and once I arrived I was confused as to why no one was going in when they were people in there after standing there for 10 minutes while being stared at from the inside she finally comes out and says are you waiting on someone ? We said no we are here to shop. She replied we’re closed. I said you are open till 11? Correct and she replied with we are short staffed, there was a quite few people in there so I’m wondering why all those people were in there if they were “closed” it was not even close to time for closing either it was about 9pm.

Always got to give Burlington a five stars. the only place I buy socks in boxers and t-shirts.. they got a lot of hitting this clothes.. but they always have Adidas socks t-shirts and boxers. Or puma or other popular brands that are comfortable. Also my One stop shop from my hats!! And cosmetics supplies.. actually they got all kinds of cool stuff, at good prices. They always get me but I leave with a lot of bags.haha.
Awesome place for home goods that r cheap, but not cheap made..

If it is a good place to find clothes, it is not excessively cheap, rather I would say that it has moderate prices and although it is very large it may lack a technology section

Staff were very friendly.Store was fairly clean and organized for a discount store like this. The only negative was waiting almost 45 minutes to be checked out. Lines were huge and it was a struggle to process customers.Can't beat the prices on most things. Worth a trip.

Ariana (glasses with a bow accent on the side and a silver septum piercing) was incredibly helpful! I was in an emergency rush for a wedding flight in the morning and she allowed me to use the fitting room and try on a lot of dresses back to back. I’d pop out for opinions and she gave me wonderful, honest feedback (she said she went to school for fashion so I was especially appreciative of her expertise). She didn’t have to be so kind and full of energy (she said she was pulling a very long shift) but she was! She was so friendly and the best customer service experience I’ve ever received. Managers at this location should give her a raise!

Store management should ask customers how they can make the user experience better. I generally love this brand of discount stores, and have been a shopper at Burlington's several locations for 20 years. However, of all there STL locations, this store is the most awkward. One time I went to shop, saw someone's half drank smoothie left on a shelf. A few weeks later, I came back, and the old drink was still on the shelf... Aisles were so strange, no one bothered to clean up after themselves.
