The hose has holes in it and sprays water all directions. I got sprayed with hot wax.

I’m giving this 5 stars because this is the best and most dependable self care wash in the area. I’ve tried many out but these vacuums are always in good condition and work well. The prices are not outrageous like a lot of the ones in the surrounding area and I never have to wait for a spot.
There’s also a safety factor I feel here with lots of revolving traffic and never really anyone hanging around the bays. The coin machine dispenses quarters instead of tokens which is also nice. The self wash is fully comprehensive giving me options for wax at the end. The bays are also kept relatively clean. I appreciate this place and will continue to return!

Couldn’t find a number/email to contact the owner of the car wash for this. The card reader didn't work in the first bay that I tried, and the bay that I ended up using had terrible water pressure that went in and out. This caused it to take twice as long to wash my car, which adds up to paying twice as much. Very aggravated because I usually like this car wash, but having multiple bays with issues is poor service.

The vacuum could have been more powerful, the card reader didn't work in the first bay that I tried, and the next bay that I went into had terrible water pressure that went in and out, even on the high pressure wash setting. I do appreciate that they have card operated bays, though... Having to deal with quarters is a pain.

Please did not use foam brush on your vehicle. It scratched my brand new SUV up! There is no number or email to reach this business!

Horrible card reader. Don't use your credit card. I clearly kept pushing the stop button on the cats reader but got charged a second $15 after my first $15 wash.
