“What a treat! My 10-year-old car still has low mileage. I took it to Meineke asking for a complete Inspection of the vehicle for services required. Store manager Matt Walsh called me a couple hours later and said “you can pick it up sir; no services are required at this time.”
I’d have gladly paid for any services Mr.Walsh said I needed. Instead the first time in my life, a car repair professional told me that no such services were necessary.. I will take my car to Meineke for any services it needs for the rest of my life – including for guidance on any repairs that have to be done elsewhere.”
“They replaced my transmission for my '94 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They told me it was one they found that had been recently rebuilt. I wasn't given an exact warranty document, but I will keep track of any issues that come up during my next 10000 miles. I have driven it now for over two tank fulls of gas with no issues so far.”
